Die Lage im grünen und ruhigen Alstertal mit Wanderwegen und Kanuverleih läd zur Entspannung ein. Zum S-und Busbahnhof sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Von dort ist die City in 30 Minuten zu erreichen.

Es handelt sich um eine Einliegerwohnung in einem Einfamilienhaus. Diese hat einen separaten Eingang und ist ca. 35qm. Ich wohne selbst im Haus aber es sind zwei getrennte Wohneinheiten, die innen durch eine Schallschutztür verbunden ist, diese ist von beiden Seiten während einer Buchung verschlossen. So wie bei anderen Wohnungen auch, findet trotzdem eine Schallübertragung statt, sodass es ggf. zu „Stoßzeiten“ hellhörig sein kann. Info: Diese Unterkunft hat leider kein Fernseher.
