Las Claras Rural House

Casa Las Claras has three double bedrooms, two of them with double beds and the third with two twin beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, as well as a living room, kitchen, and a Canarian patio inside. Outside there is private parking, gardens, leisure and reading areas, and a large terrace with a swimming pool. Although it seems large, the house can be adapted in a very cozy way for two people to feel at home. However, reservations for special events and parties are not allowed. We, the hosts, live on the other side of the house. We share the pool terrace with our clients, and although we don't really use it, if there are clients using it, we need to go through this area to enter and exit our house. It is ideal for children, they have surroundings where they can run, play, as well as a corner with beach sand. In the house there is satellite TV, DVD, change of towels on the third day, washing machine service for stays longer than a week, etc. Far from the worldly noise of mass tourism, it is located in the village of Tías. The place is very quiet and with very easy access to the center of the village. You can walk there in ten minutes and find supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, a health center, and of course, La Ermita de San Antonio where there are usually beautiful exhibitions of painting, sculpture, etc. To enjoy the countryside that surrounds us, just behind the house there are a series of trails, included within the network of island trails, and that can make you enjoy wonderful views and a pleasant walk. You can also find a public transportation stop less than five minutes away. From this place, visiting the island is easy. Almost in the center, the longest journey takes 30 minutes by car. The nearest beaches, Puerto del Carmen, can be reached in 10 minutes and the beaches of Papagayo, 30 minutes, ideal golden sand beaches. In short, we invite you to get to know us, enjoy a cozy place where birdsong will be part of your company during your stay.

The 50m2 studio shares land with our house but is completely independent with an entrance and private garden, for the exclusive enjoyment of guests. It is perfect for two people with all the amenities they need. The open space, with a bedroom, bathroom and living room /kitchen overlooking the garden, highlighting the large windows that allow the space to be extended to the outside. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom has a shower, bath towels, and beach towels.

Cosy and peaceful independent apartment, not part of a resort, well located in a residential part of Puerto del Carmen. It is only a 1 minute walk to the main avenue and the beach. You are staying in a quiet area surrounded by palm trees and vegetation. Restaurants, supermarket, shops and entertainment are located nearby. Small and bigger sand beaches are all within walking distance. Bus stops are around the corners as well.

Enjoy the view of this very central and newly renovated accommodation. Very well located in a resort. It is 2 minutes away from the beaches and the main avenue where there is a great pedestrian walk and bike path. There are restaurants, bars, and shops very close by less than 1 minute away. 1 minute bus stop and supermarkets. On the second floor, there is no elevator. Shower update (wider and higher quality) and mattress.

We felt right at home, everything was clean, tidy and with all the amenities you can have on vacation. Without a doubt, if we return to the island we already know where to stay again, since being in the middle, everything is close to you. There was always a place to park. The pool is clean and pleasant. Giorgio and Patrizia are always helpful and super easy to communicate with them. A great plus to also have a fire stick in the living room. We just returned from Lanzarote having stayed at Alvaro & Irena’s apartment. I can honestly say the apartment had everything we needed to have a relaxing & peaceful holiday. The location was excellent, in a peaceful part of town but close enough to everywhere we wanted to visit. The apartment was gorgeous- cosy & cute for couples. Finally, we made sure to visit Alvaro & Irena’s restaurant ‘La Carmencita’. My partner & I agreed this was the best meal we had on the island. Not only was the food amazing, but the hospitality shown by both hosts made us feel welcomed and, infact, special, on our trip away. Thank you Alvaro& Irena- we hope to visit again!

Richard’s villa, located just minutes from the beach, was perfect for our stay. We found the villa to be extremely comfortable and could not think of any ways in which our experience could have been improved. Hilary who looked after us during our stay was attentive and friendly, and made sure we had everything we required to make our stay exceptional. I hope to return to this lovely property again, and would recommend to any friends and family travelling to the area! Thank you for an exceptional visit to Lanzarote!

We had an amazing stay!! The apartment was the perfect size for two of us, it was absolutely spotless and exactly as described, beautiful apartment in a quiet complex with shops and restaurants about a five minute walk away. The pool facilities were lovely and never too busy and the complex itself was peaceful and private. The one thing I would note is that it is at the top of a steep hill in the old town, so bear this in mind if you plan on walking everywhere! It took us about fifteen minutes to walk down to the main strip and a taxi back up the hill in the evenings was about €4. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone!
