The apartment is in Arenal, Seville's most traditional neighborhood, packed with bars, cafes, and local life. It is a quiet one storey villa with lots of light and panoramic windows in the center of the village of Seville, Burguillos, just 25 minutes drive to the beautiful Andalusian capital. It offers a large green garden, covered with natural grass, with a nice private swimming pool, away from any neighbours' prying eyes, with fruit trees and an ecological kitchen garden. It is a perfect choice for a beautiful holiday full of rest and relaxation after long walking tours. It is a comfortable one storey villa with lots of light and panoramic windows. Has three bedrooms. It offers a veranda and a large green garden, which is covered with natural grass, with a nice private swimming pool, away from any neighbours' prying eyes, for cooling down on hot summer days, with fruit trees (grapes, oranges, plums or pears will be available for you) and an ecological kitchen garden, sun loungers, barbecue, tables and chairs to enjoy meals outdoors. The villa is fully furnished and well equipped. It has a spacious living room and dining room. The living room includes a large screen TV and international channels and there is free WIFI throughout the entire property. The villa is rented complete. I give my guests independence, but I am available if they need me. The villa is located in the heart of the village with all amenities. Burguillos has about 6.000 inhabitants, and therefore, it has all the services at its disposal, including many bars and restaurants that can be walked from the house, which is located right in the center of the village. Buses are available every day to the capital.
