What a fantastic stay in Lima! This Airbnb was everything we needed and more—stunning views, a prime location in the heart of Barranco, unmatched amenities (gym, pool), and an incredible host who provided excellent local support. What impressed us most was the host’s willingness to accommodate our early check-in. After a 10-hour red-eye flight, that gesture of hospitality meant so much to us. We’ve stayed at dozens of Airbnbs around the world, and this one truly stood out for the quality of the stay and the level of care we received. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Lima - you will be in great hands with Ita&Diego!

Outstanding view, steps from the park and ocean cliff paths. Large comfortable master bedroom and bath, and viewing chair in the living room. Attention to details such as quality fan, kitchen appliances and glassware, convenient clothes washing machines and drying rack. Security guards were polite and attentive.

Another great stay at Katia's place! Now with AC!! Great for the summer time. It's also very quick to get there once you get to Via Expresa Linea Amarilla. The Jockey Plaza mall is also awesome for shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood park nearby was also great for the kids to hang out, but there are also new bounce house places nearby too (Fun Jungle). Katia and Claudia were also flexible with the check-in due to our missed arrival flight. We also felt very safe walking around even at late hours. And loved the treats/drinks they left for us in the kitchen!!! We hope to come back very soon!

This was my home base for 2 months in Peru. I was very comfortable. The area is safe. I left at 6:30 AM daily and sometimes was out as late as midnight; I always felt OK as a woman walking alone. Nearby: Kennedy Park a few minutes’ walk away, many souvenir/craft shops down the street, many supermarkets within 5-15 min walk, lots of restaurants, a SmartFit a couple blocks away (though that branch may have an issue taking foreign cards). In apartment: strong WiFi that reached to street, DirecTV with full channel selection (was able to watch the Super Bowl), and furnishings as shown in pictures. Fridge is a little small, but fits a decent amount. Full set of cookware and plates/utensils. I was concerned I’d be quite hot without A/C, but I found leaving window open was sufficient. If using fan, dust it off first! Shower was a bit tight for me as a bigger person, and water pressure could have been better, but was not too bad. Plenty of hot water. Overall great stay. Would book again!

Departamento muy bonito con buena distribución y con fácil acceso. Cuenta con todas las comodidades que uno requiere para quedarse unos días, solo sería genial que cuenten con una cafetera, para los que nos quedamos mucho en casa durante el día. El departamento cuenta con dos televisores grandes con acceso a Netflix, Prime y HBO, buena conexión de internet. Cuenta con un espacio en la cochera para los que llegan con vehículo. Mercedes siempre atenta a atender las consultas que uno pueda tener, muy amable. Cercano a varios centros comerciales, tiendas por conveniencia como Oxxo y fácil para desplazarse a varias zonas. Solo un detalle, existe bastante tráfico en la zona, pero se entiende que es temporal porque en la avenida hay varias construcciones de edificios en la zona. Nos sentimos como en casa y está súper recomendado.

This apartment is really nice and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and has a good stove. It’s about a 20 minute cab ride to the tourist areas and the beach nearby isn’t the nicest. But it is central to the airport and tourist areas. And you can find good cafes, restaurants, and markets nearby.

Gianfranco and his partner are AMAZING hosts!! Super sweet, communicative, accommodating and proactive - couldn’t have asked for better 🙌🏻 RE: the unit, it’s gorgeous and exactly as pictured. The building is new, and the area is perfect. Many coffee shops, restaurants, bars and several grocery stores within a 10-15 minute walk. The coworking space has strong wifi and the staff in the building are kind and helpful. This place really is the best option for a stay in lima 👏

incredibly responsive host, went over and above to make sure we were well cared for. Jorge is an awesome host. He made us feel at home and paid special attention to making the space feel welcoming. He was also easily reachable and made sure any questions we had were answered. The location is perfect. Just a few minute walk from the beach, delicious restaurants and extensive running paths along the boardwalk.

The pictures don't do this place justice. Everything about this place makes it feel very homey and I was sad to be leaving. Often one concern when finding a place in Lima is the traffic noise as well as a stable internet connection. To the first point, this apartment faces a garden. Beyond that is the sea. The only sounds you'll hear are the sound of waves mixing with the chirping of birds. To the second point, the internet connection was strong--about 100mbps. Never had a problem with it. Would 100% stay here again.
