If you want to watch the sunset into the Pacific Ocean but don’t want to worry about a tsunami then look no further. The amazing thing is that one can also hear the waves breaking on the shore of charming Maitencillo. Marcela is a gold star hostess because she merits it - plains and simple/ full stop. You will be made to feel at home and every concern promptly attended to. She went above and beyond the call of duty to resolve an internet issue that was causing me some wee bit of grief. Then due to no fault of her own, when I needed a super late checkout it was granted with no questions asked. Five star - Gold star. Just book it before it is gone. P.S. Apartment with excellent ocean views, steps from El Chungungo beach. 3 comfortable pieces and spacious spaces to be with your family. Unforgettable grill at the end of the afternoon with ocean views.

We loved the apartment, it's nice, comfortable and clean. The condo is very quiet, ideal for resting and going out in the afternoons to walk (the beach is 15 minutes away). Macarena is very friendly and helpful.

The place is wonderful. Very comfortable, everything was very clean and the apartment is atomic. The terrace is giant, the view is 180 degrees and the descent to the beach is direct. Easily easy to get to. The only thing I don't recommend is for people dependent on wheelchairs or cars, because you have to go down a floor down the staircase, nothing serious, but complicated for people with little mobility. Everything else is super-equipped. Unexpected highlight: the janitor Ariel passed by for kind and helpful, he helped us at all times.

Second time visiting the apartment, and just like the first, everything was very good, just as shown in photos and described, in a very quiet environment.

Very nice apartment, with several amenities that are not found in other places (towels, beds made, comfort, coffee maker, clothes hanger) and you entered with a key so check-in was very easy. It's a very pet-friendly apartment, ideal to go with your dogs, and it's also close to the beach on foot. Barbara is an excellent host, she responded to us very quickly and was very kind. We would definitely come back!

We went to others to explore and always agreed that the apartment's beach was the best. Places to shop nearby and an amazing view! Cecilia and Javier are extremely helpful.
