Kristina was extremely helpful. We had a little thermostat issue. In no time she was there with brand new portable heaters. As far as the location of the house being in the middle of the block. There’s two streets sing at each stop sing at the end of the block that say no parking on Thursday between 9 am and 11 am. Us being visitors. We were not paying attention to those sign and got a ticket

Selina is a great and responsive host! She was very accommodating to our needs—providing extra towels and even letting us use the laundry without needing coins (Selina provided the coins), which was super helpful since we didn’t have many. We also appreciated that we could bring our big pups (a Golden and a GSD), and they felt right at home. The location is convenient, not too far from LA, and there are some good restaurants nearby. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay!

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. From the moment I walked in, everything felt just right—the place was spotless, beautifully designed, and exactly like the photos! You can tell the host really put thought and care into making the space feel welcoming and comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was the location. It was super convenient—just a 15-minute drive to the beach, which made it easy to pop over for a morning walk or catch the sunset. Everything else in LA felt really accessible too—great restaurants, shopping, and all the spots I wanted to explore were close by. The bed was super cozy, the kitchen had everything I needed, and there were so many little thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The host was friendly, quick to respond, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. I’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfy, and well located place in LA! It was a great experience!

On our last day, my son wished we couldve stayed at this house forever and we all know kids reviews are as honest as it can get! The home was cozy, the decor felt modern and the layout worked out well for my family. My mom stayed in the bedroom that was farthest away from the living room and there were two bedrooms that worked out with having our bedroom next to the kids room. The owners were great about offering basic essentials - coffee grind, trash bags, sandwich bags ( great for kids) and enough paper towel and toilet paper for our 5 day stay. The best part was the sunlight that this house gets! Every morning felt amazing opening up the windows and letting the sunshine in. Great water pressure too! For anyone wondering about the train tracks - it only goes by during the day and it didn’t disturb anyone’s nap or day events. After the first one, you don’t notice the rest.

Very good neighborhood with beautiful houses and trees. Sofia helped us with all our requests during the stay by getting us the laundry pods and body wash which were missing when we first arrived. Decent size kitchen with all the utensils we needed. No issues during the stay.

We had to stay here for an extended stay after the devastating Eaton fire made our home uninhabitable. Amy went out of her way to get us into the unit asap after hearing our situation. She was helpful and responsive, answering any questions within minutes. The location is great and we were so happy there was dedicated parking in a safe secured garage. Whether you need to stay for a long time or just a weekend, I highly recommend this airbnb and Amy.

The apartment is nice- exactly as pictured. Everything was very clean and well stocked with linens, blankets, towels, etc. It is not at the same address as the listing, it’s about half a mile away from there. That shouldn’t be a problem for most people, but having to walk an extra half mile each way when we were going to restaurants and shops on 6th/Wilshire was not ideal with young kids. We had a great time using the clubhouse and rooftop to play pool and chill when we were staying in. The check-in and parking instructions were very detailed and easy to understand and follow. The host is incredibly responsive and friendly. There’s a kind of hole in the wall Salvadoran restaurant right next door to the apartment and the food was SO good- highly recommend trying it if you stay here. Also pop down to Old Ferry Donuts and Blue Bottle Coffee. Overall, a great place, great host. Would definitely stay again.
