The views from this home are absolutely breath taking! The neighborhood is gated & very quiet and having access to a private beach was a huge bonus! You are not within walking distance to bars & restaurants; however, a quick hop in the car and you are few minutes from a large grocery store & only a 10-15 minutes from several nice resorts, downtown San Jose Cabo and the boat marina. Kailey did an excellent job communicating the specifics about the property & suggestions for food & entertainment. If you like a more private setting with your family and friends, I highly suggest this property. We will certainly be booking again.

Shonas place was a 10/10!! I was very satisfied and her place is just as described. It’s located in a beautiful, quiet, safe neighborhood. The private beach is just a 10 min walk. She has an umbrella and beach towels for use, which we appreciated very much! The house is very spacious with lots of storage space and very pretty! You can see the Cabo Arch from the upstairs balcony, that was very cool! It’s located about 10-15 from downtown. I would definitely recommend this house!

I’ve been contemplating for days about what to say to succinctly describe how much I genuinely enjoyed my time at Casa Candelaria. From the initial photos, to the host’s communication, to the warm welcome we received, my anticipation was building and my expectations were high. Well, there are not enough ways for me to explain how much literally everything was exceeded exponentially. This was one of the best weeks of my entire life! Surrounded by palatial properties all throughout the subdivision, this cozy palapa is a refreshing gem of epic proportions. Luxurious finishes, well-appointed, thoughtful touches, and just a 3 minute walk to the beach, I felt more at home here than my own home (which I happen to love very much!). Thank you ladies for creating the most magical experience in a gorgeous location. I genuinely cannot wait to come back!

Really enjoyed our stay here! The view is gorgeous and even better than pictures! The Property Manager was prompt to respond, and helpful! The roof top pool was perfect for our crew!

Alejandra and Annelis were FANTASTIC! The home was beautiful, welcoming and worth every penny. We plan on visiting Cabo again and I am hoping we can stay here again. Super convenient to grocery, Cabo marina, the beaches and restaurants. No issues whatsoever and they were super helpful and responsive when we had questions about the area or the home. THANK YOU!!

The communication was great. The place was easy to find and the unit had everything we needed. There are some restaurants within walking distance on the beach that were delicious. There is also someone who works independently out of the pool area and can bring you food and drinks. We really did enjoy our stay and did morning walks along the beach and spent a majority of our time in the pool. We rented a car and the marked parking was very easy to access. I will say the only “bad” thing is that there is public beach access nearby and our first night they were partying it up in the beach parking lot until around 11:30pm. We could hear the music inside, but it only happened on Sunday night for us out of the whole week. I was in the front room closest to the front door and could also hear the street traffic, but I know I’m a light sleeper so I travel with a noise cancelling speaker. I slept just fine with that on to drown out the noise. Would definitely stay here again!

This place is cozy and close to everything. it is located in the marina with a beautiful balcony and view of marina. it was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. We did not want to leave. we highly recommend.

alejandro’s place is really nice. The backyard is the place to be at his house. The area doesn’t look the best, but the neighborhood is actually very quiet it takes about 12 minutes to get to downtown Cabo. Would definitely stay again and would also recommend.

Sin duda me volvería a hospedar aquí, la alberca y la vista hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera inolvidable. La Casa está en el fraccionamiento Cabo Bello, muy cerca de excelentes restaurantes y frente al fraccionamiento está un mercado de excelente calidad. La distancia en vehículo al área de Playa Médano fue alrededor de 10 minutos, aproximadamente $300 pesos en UBER para un grupo de 6. Muy agradecido con mi anfitriona

If you’re reading this, stop and book this Airbnb immediately! This was one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had, and the location was unbeatable. The property manager, Robin, was incredibly responsive and made the entire experience seamless. The house itself is stunning, with breathtaking views that made every morning unforgettable—especially the sunrises from the rooftop. The location is just a short Uber ride from Cabo and all the attractions, but honestly, I could have stayed at the house the whole time. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and the kitchen had everything my partner needed for cooking. The house was beautifully decorated, and the beds were super comfortable. There’s also a fantastic grocery store called Fresko nearby, as well as a Costco for all your needs. I felt very safe using Uber to get around. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Beautiful location! The house is unique -three floors of living connected by outdoor stairs and ramps. the views from the top are gorgeous and worth the drive. I would recommend you download the map and checkin instructions since there is no good cell coverage in the area and you will need the details handy to get in and connect to WiFi. The house is very well stocked with basics like coffee, water etc. Poli was very responsive to all our questions! The restaurant that is closest to the house has great food but only takes cash. seems like it a popular hangout spot for the expats who live in the neighborhood.

We had a wonderful time. The house was larger than expected. Everything clean & basics provided. Jessica was helpful giving ideas of where to go & what to see. Definitely recommend!!

Staying at Onelly's place was amazing! She was very friendly, super responsive, the house was spotted clean, the kitchen had so many utensils and appliances that I felt i was at home. Supermarket was less than 5min walking and the views to the ocean from the rooftop was incredible. Little details around the house made the big difference. Thank you for hosting us!

Overall our stay was great! The hosts were very responsive to all messages. The airbnb itself was spacious and clean - perfect for a large group. Since the complex is still relatively new, we got the pool to ourselves.

Nice place, but we did have an issue with property stolen from the unit. Suggest you not leave valuables in the unit, there is no safe to lock anything up.
