The casita sits 20 feet behind the main house which sits about 75 feet away from the Sea of Cortez. This is a rustic older casita with most everything one would need for a peaceful and quiet vacation. Please note that the main house might be occupied during your stay and there is a resident cat "Tiger" who also lives on the property. Paddle board and kayak are also available

This is a beautiful 1 bedroom casita located on the ground floor. The pool is located directly in front of your room with an ocean view. There is a hot tub located in the main pool. You have access to 25+ pools, restaurants, Quivira golf course, free shuttle rides to 5 resorts. The rooms has a King bed and a private bathroom. This room is locked off and has its's own entrance from the terrace to the pool & parking. This is has it's own 65 inch TV, fridge and microwave. Perfect for 2 people.

Peaceful, Private Garden Casita

This little gem has it's own patio and private garden. It is a two minute walk to the beach - a wide, beautiful, & virtually deserted - lovely for swimming. Yet it is near the center of town, steps away from restaurants and outdoor activity providers. We appreciate that traveling during the pandemic can be daunting. We take cleanliness and sanitation most seriously. We have put a minimum of 2 days between guests. During that time, we will clean, sanitize and ventilate the property.

THE HILL HOUSE -Ocean and Mountain views-

Perched on the mountain, the hill house has three large windows and view deck that look out over the desert valley and the National Marine Park. The house is located at the end of a road which ads to the peaceful and quiet character of Cabo Pulmo, but is close enough and within a 10 minute walking distance to dive shops, restaurants and hiking trails. This unit has Starlink. The house is not set up for parties, loud music and children under 12 years old. Parking is on site.

Very comfortable room with ample space and a desk. The curtains block most of the light during the day in case you want to sleep a little more. The entrance is independent and has its parking area. Equipped with a queen bed, fan, coffee maker, minibar, and utensils. It's very close to downtown, just 2.5 kilometers away. The area is very quiet and peaceful at night. You are also steps away from a viewpoint to get to know the city.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Close to San Jose downtown. 1.5 mil from el Ganzo. 3 min away from the main attractions. 4 blocks away from the ocean. This place is a true gem. 5 markets and food places all around. WE suggest a car as distances can be far at time. But to explore Cabo it’s better by car. NO PARKING space inside the property,but street parking it’s allow and safe.

Casa Mexicana is an off the grid, solar powered studio bungalow centrally located near dive shops, eateries, and the beach, perfect for couples, and can also accommodate up to three people with a large sofa bed available. However, this unit is not suitable for children under 8 years old. Air conditioning is provided and can be operated for up to 10 hours daily.

The location of this place is perfect if you like strolling around the arts district. The pool and having a really good restaurant right on the property was a nice bonus and it's right around the corner from the nice guys at Tequila Town. The only issue I ran into was an appliance was broken in the suite I booked so I got moved to a standard room. The rest of the trip was perfect.

This place is "off the beaten path" of normal tourist destinations, but really incredible and near Tianguis La Ballena, a great area to try local food, shop and see the mountains!! The house is pacious, very private place with a full kitchen and lovely living room/sitting area. Very secure and secure for parking a rental car. Great for kids! Comfortable bed, good internet with nice TV and streaming options. Ricardo was very helpful and accomodating every step of the way in my stay.

Lovely place super close to the beach but far enough from the noise of the main road. Arturo wasn’t around and could be a bit hard to communicate with at times but Luis and Maribel were very kind and helpful. Kitchen was adequate for grilling and heating water etc. Wifi didn’t work. Overall a really nice place, the other rooms looked beautiful as well.

Amazing place with spectacular ocean views. The house is located on a mountain in the closed territory of Pedregal. Perhaps this is the best combination of man and nature that I have ever seen. Quiet and peaceful place. At night I slept to the sound of the surf and woke up to the sound of birds singing. It's unforgettably wonderful! Victoria and her family are the best hosts ever. I was appreciative that I met them. This trip left only calm and positive feelings!

My stay at Leticia's place in Cabo was fantastic—truly perfect! I came to Cabo to participate in a freediving competition, so I needed a quiet place to rest, and Leticia made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The room had AC and a coffee maker, which was great for heating water and enjoying some tea. Outside, there was a large water dispenser—something you should never take for granted, especially in Cabo! The house's yard was surprisingly peaceful and pleasant—a perfect spot to relax. Communication with Leticia was quick, and she was attentive to even the smallest details. The location is as good as it gets in Cabo, short of staying in a pricey hotel. It’s not too far from the beach, supermarkets, and restaurants. If I ever need to stay in Cabo again, I’ll definitely choose her place!
