A beautifully brand new renovated “casita” (little house), right in the Heart of downtown. The house counts with a full kitchen, living room and two bedrooms. Also, for your convenience, we can accommodate your car in our private garage (if needed). The fastest wi-fi in town, hot water, dish tv, a/c in all rooms and all the goodies you already know (including beach items). This is as good as its gets for your money. And with the triple “L’s” (location, location, location). We can’t wait, can u?

THE HILL HOUSE -Sea and Mountain views-

Perched on the mountain, the hill house with king size bed has three large windows and view deck that look out over the desert valley and the National Marine Park. The house is located at the end of a road which ads to the peaceful and quiet character of Cabo Pulmo, but is close enough and within a 10 minute walking distance to dive shops, restaurants and hiking trails. This unit has Starlink. The house is not set up for parties, loud music and children under 12 years old. Parking is on site.

Joyita del Sur… just steps from the sea

Joyita del Sur (Jewel of the South) is a private casita just steps away from a gorgeous beach on the Sea of Cortez. Watch both the sunset and sunrise from the beach! Q bed with foam mattress and soft linens. A/C and ceiling fans in both bedroom and kitchen. Ample closet space with shelves/hangers. This is a beautiful 1 bedroom casita located on the ground floor. The pool is located directly in front of your room with an ocean view. There is a hot tub located in the main pool. You have access to 25+ pools, restaurants, Quivira golf course, free shuttle rides to 5 resorts. The rooms has a King bed and a private bathroom. This room is locked off and has its's own entrance from the terrace to the pool & parking. This is has it's own 65 inch TV, fridge and microwave. Perfect for 2 people.

Peaceful, Private Garden Casita

This little gem has it's own patio and private garden. It is a two minute walk to the beach - a wide, beautiful, & virtually deserted - lovely for swimming. Yet it is near the center of town, steps away from restaurants and outdoor activity providers. We appreciate that traveling during the pandemic can be daunting. We take cleanliness and sanitation most seriously. We have put a minimum of 2 days between guests. During that time, we will clean, sanitize and ventilate the property.

Studio house with limited A/C, can be operated for up to 12 hours daily including night time, can be more limited on cloudy days. Centrally located near dive shops, eateries and the beach. Accommodates up to three people with a queen size bed and a large sofa bed available. This unit is not set for children under 10 years old. Parking available for small vehicles and is shared with Casa Verde, which sits in front of Casa Mexicana. Night rate is for 2 guests.

Very comfortable room with ample space and a desk. The curtains block most of the light during the day in case you want to sleep a little more. The entrance is independent and has its parking area. Equipped with a queen bed, fan, coffee maker, minibar, and utensils. It's very close to downtown, just 2.5 kilometers away. The area is very quiet and peaceful at night. You are also steps away from a viewpoint to get to know the city.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Close to San Jose downtown. 1.5 mil from el Ganzo. 3 min away from the main attractions. 4 blocks away from the ocean. This place is a true gem. 5 markets and food places all around. WE suggest a car as distances can be far at time. But to explore Cabo it’s better by car. NO PARKING space inside the property,but street parking it’s allow and safe.
