Just 200m from the sea and yet sheltered from the wind, Casa Kalisat „Haus Glück“ is located. Surrounded by breathtaking volcanic landscapes, the clear starry sky at night, the power of the tides, you will find peace and nature in a beautiful living atmosphere. You can be undressed in the whole village, nudists are welcome here, but no compulsion. There is a supermarket in Charco and several good typical island restaurants in Mala and Arrieta, where there is also a long, shallow sandy beach suitable for children and surfers. A protected bathing area (200m) made of natural lava stone, allows bathing in floods all year round, a rock(500m) with stepladder is the perfect access to the sea for swimmers and divers. Several hiking trails start behind the house. The most beautiful one leads directly to the excursion point "Jardin de Cactus“, the famous island artist César Manrique.

Playa Bastian 27: Pool & Sea Views + Rooftop BBQ

Beautiful apartment with sea views in one of the best touristic spots. Located 3 mins walking from Playa Bastian and its promenade, in a quiet and lovely apartment complex with swimming pool. The place is distributed on two floors plus rooftop, and has two south oriented terraces (sun all the day). There are several restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby. Finding a parking spot is not a problem in the area. Unfortunately, there is no elevator nor easy access for reduced-mobility people.

Summer apartment w/swimming pool nearby the beach

Costa Teguise is a very pleasant town to live in, quiet, sunny and perfect for enjoying your holidays. I recently renovated my apartment in a beach and wood style. I put all my heart into it and I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do. You can see a bit of the sea from the terrace. The beach is 500m away. There are two Pools for swimming and sunbathing. Equipped with internet fibre. Living close to the sea I am very concerned about our environment; I have reduced the use of plastic.

It is an accommodation with three rooms: bedroom, kitchen-living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Entrance totally independent from the main house. It also has a private garden with comfortable seating to the outdoors. The apartment is very bright. It is located in a very quiet area of Costa Teguise. There is always parking available. You can walk to different beaches in 15 minutes and to the center where you will find restaurants, supermarkets, ... It is a beautiful area of trails.

Calm & exclusive apartment by the beach

The apartment has just been completely refurbished in May 2018, so that customers will debut both furniture and appliances. It is spacious, comfortable, very bright, facing south, and sunny all day. It has a magnificent terrace, with heated pool and spectacular views of the sea, the promenade and the beach, and two hammocks for private use. A few meters away we have the promenade, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, surf schools, bus, taxis, banks.

Beatiful one-bedroom apartment, recently renovated and professionally decorated, on the ground floor, overlooking the pool and WIFI. Quiet and with a large terrace. Located in Costa Teguise, a coastal town strategically located halfway between the points of tourist interest in the north and south of the island. The complex has two swimming pools, a playground, free parking, security and a Yoga room. The beaches are a 5 minute walk away.

Amazing apartment house with breathtaking sea views from the top terrace and from the downstairs terrace.
