The lovingly newly renovated vacation home is located near the Roxheimer Altrhein and has 5 rooms, on 110 square meters, with fitted kitchen and bathroom. Due to the convenient connection to the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region, the nearby federal highways A6 and A61, the local recreation area Silbersee, the railway connection on the Main railway line and the well-developed road network, the municipality of Bobenheim-Roxheim, with around 10,000 inhabitants, has become a very popular residential and holiday resort.

Cozy two-room apartment

The apartment is in the countryside In the neighbor are vineyards, field and forest. Downtown is also just 10 minutes away by foot. A large Tegut market is right around the corner. The apartment offers air conditioning and in addition a covered balcony with great views and by arrangement garden and barbecue can also be used. There is also a small fireplace in the room, which contributes to a nice atmosphere. The apartment is located in an apartment building on the third floor.

Small, fine house with great charm

Wonderful hikes and bike rides through the vineyards and into the hills of Bergstraße and Odenwald you can start right at your doorstep. But it's also close to Frankfurt, Wiesbaden, Heidelberg and Darmstadt. It's a good 5 minutes to the A5, 500 m to the nearest supermarket. The house has a sun terrace, the pianist is in good hands on the grand piano, the decor is of high quality. Female dogs (no male dogs) are welcome and stay with us free of charge. Smoking is prohibited.

Im Herzen des Odenwalds, direkt am Waldrand, liegt unser Holzhaus im idyllischen Stadtteil Airlenbach der Stadt Oberzent. Unser, im Stil eines Forsthauses, eingerichtetes Holzhaus garantiert Ihnen Ruhe und Entspannung vom Alltag und bietet eine optimale Ausgangslage um den Odenwald zu erkunden. Pure Entspannung bietet die neue Holzterrasse mit großer Sitzgruppe und einer wunderbaren Aussicht. Das Ferienhaus bietet mit ca. 120 m² großzügig Platz für 6 - 8 Personen.

Cute farmhouse from the 18th century with garden

In the sleepy village of Böllstein lies "the Ima", a cottage built in the 18th century as a farmhouse. After many renovations and extensions, the house is now equipped with three bedrooms ( 2 with doors and one with curtain), fireplace room, open kitchen, summer kitchen, open gallery and many many many books. Welcome to the holiday home Königshalle. Here you will find a lovingly furnished holiday home with space for 6 people spread over approx. 100 square meters. The living room on the 2nd floor has a fully equipped kitchen with cozy living/dining area and a tiled stove. With direct access to the covered terrace, you can enjoy outdoor dining in almost any weather. There is also a utility room with a washer/dryer and a guest toilet on the floor.

Time out in the Black Forest

This bright, cozy accommodation is located in Schlierbach, which belongs to Lindenfels, perfect location to reach the surrounding excursion destinations. A parking space with 11 kW charging station is available for your arrival by car. Shopping is 3 minutes by car I will be at your disposal for more information. About 500 m walking from the apartment there is a Kneipp complex where you can relax after long walks.

Alternative wooden house

My place is an hour south of Frankfurt, surrounded by nature. Well suited for groups and families looking for nature. There is a beautiful outdoor area with cozy seating areas, playground, campfire area, a large covered summer kitchen, vegetable garden, table tennis table, workbench for children, a pottery workshop for pottery, a piano in the 45 sqm kitchen. Excellent living climate due to wood/clay construction.

Vacation home in Lorsch - central yet quiet

Our vacation home is located in a very central location in Lorsch. There is one bedroom on the ground floor, the other two are upstairs. There is a relatively steep staircase, but it is secured with a railing. The city is conveniently located between Darmstadt and Mannheim. The Bergstraße region invites for hikes and bike rides. The nearby Odenwald is ideal for nature lovers. Heidelberg is about 40 km away.

We have further renovated our popular vacation home over the winter - the bathroom has been expanded with an additional large sink, a separate dining room and the living room have been comfortably refurnished. The bedrooms on the upper floor can be air-conditioned in summer. The beautiful conservatory and balcony invite you to linger. We do NOT rent to fitters.
