The loft fully matched the description and was very comfortably furnished. Everything important was there. The only point I would like to draw attention to is the lack of darkening of the windows. Maybe we can find a solution. I would definitely book it again.

Pia is a warm host. She greeted me in a totally friendly way and showed me the apartment in person. I find that much nicer than a contactless check-in. In addition, she gave me several tips on where to find a bakery, a supermarket, etc. Since I am rather small and not good at the window handles in the bedroom, she quickly provided a small step ladder. Great! When something was missing, she was also quick to respond. Our communication was completely straightforward and very pleasant. I was in Pia's apartment during a service meeting and can imagine staying with her again at the next meeting. Thank you very much for your hospitality, dear Pia!

Light-flooded space miracle, 115 sqm, 2 floors

The apartment, which is located at the edge of a quiet, residential neighborhood, is quite spacious, nicely furnished and flooded with natural light from all of the windows and skylights! We had a one year old with us, so we really appreciated the provided pack and play and baby toys! There are three very comfortable bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The full sized washer and dryer was a nice bonus. The foosball table, dart board and board games made for fun evenings after dinner. We also appreciated the dedicated, offstreet parking space! There are good restaurants and many things to do just a short drive from the apartment. We would highly recommend Rico’s apartment. Guests should simply make note that the apartment is not on the ground floor so you must take your luggage up a flight of stairs.

Top accommodation, clean, cozy and lovingly furnished house, everything available. Ideal vacation accommodation, centrally located, I could even safely park my bike and benefited greatly from the excursion tips of the friendly hosts. Wifi great, you could even have worked at the table in the living room without any problems. Check in + out without any problems; happy to come back anytime. See you soon!
