House, without exterior, in the village of Seguret. This is a house renovated in 2023 with very nice amenities. It consists of a large living room/living room with kitchen, upstairs 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms. This house is next to our own house. You can enjoy our swimming pool during the summer period from June 1st to October 31st: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The WE and holidays according to our availability. The pool is a 2min walk away.

It consists of 3 bedrooms upstairs, a sofa bed in an open space ideal for children or teenagers, a bathroom and a separate toilet. All the bedrooms have AC. On the ground floor a large equipped kitchen, a back kitchen with a laundry side, an additional fridge and a shower. Guests can take advantage of the nice swimming pool (4x4 m) in the garden and the pétanque court.
