We are not in Megève but I built my chalet in 2010 with 3 bedrooms, with an extra umbrella bed for the little ones, fully equipped kitchen open to large living room, internet with fiber, wood fireplace and pellet stove, reversible air conditioning in the living room, bathroom with shower and bathtub, a large wooded plot of 2200 m² with outbuildings, a new swimming pool is again operational since June 2025, outdoor terraces and barbecue.
