Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Lorient, Saint Barthélemy

Arguably the best kept secret on the island. Truly amazing view over Gustavia harbour, the yachts, the parties, and city lights— and without the buzzy traffic noise on the other side. We could leave the car and walk to Bonito, L’Isola, Petite Plage, Bagatelle, in under a 2 mins (5 min drive to Sella, or Nikki & NAO). Fantastic hosts with immediate response time. For 30 years we’ve always stayed in a private villa — but the convenience and view of this location will bring us back!

I’m almost hesitant to share a great review, just because I don’t want the place to get booked up! Jokes aside, we had an amazing stay at Casa Dolores. The location is fantastic—within walking distance to Monoprix grocery store, a coffee shop, and a fruit stand. The best part was being able to walk barefoot in our swimsuits, down a small road, and be on Lorient beach in just a minute. It was pure bliss, especially in the mornings with a cup of coffee in hand. The place itself is cozy, and the thoughtful touches made it feel like a boutique hotel. After our stay here, we moved on to another Airbnb on the Toiny coast, but we quickly concluded that Casa Dolores was perfect for us. Even though it was smaller, the proximity to the beach and the convenience for daily excursions made it ideal. Aurelie was prompt and available throughout our stay, which made everything even more seamless. Highly recommend

Shelby was very attentive to our needs. Water is not hot but that apparently is what the island has. Water pressure is not the greatest but did the job. Being beside the airport was very convenient but not quiet. We all had a great trip and appreciate Shelby a lot.

From start to finish, our 7 night stay at the villa was flawless! The villa was spotless, fully stocked, and everything was explained completely when we arrived. The windows on the pool side of the villa can open up almost entirely, which was truly beautiful. We felt very secure and the location was ideal, just a 3 minute drive to Porto Cupecoy and Baie Longue. Our 3 boys really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub was the perfect addition for the parents to relax in while the boys swam. The new pickleball court was a perfect fun addition. Daily housekeeping was such a nice bonus too! We had one minor issue when the power flashed off briefly (common on the French side) and the generator kicked on immediately but one of the breakers didn't fully reset. The host was so quick to respond (we felt bad even bothering her) and the issue was resolved in minutes. We really appreciated how responsive and friendly she was.

Great home in a quiet neighborhood with increadible views of the ocean. Home is well-stocked, including fully-stocked kitchen. The outdoor area is amazing and the beds are super comfortable. Very convenient location for our three favorite beaches---Friar's Bay, Anse Marcel, and Orient! Linda and Gilles and their entire team were very responsive when minor issues arose. We enjoyed our trip very much!

Everything was great! We had a wonderful time and the home was very comfortable! I really liked that the kitchen, common area, and deck were all upstairs and the bedrooms were downstairs. It made it easy for the people who like to stay up later to not bother those that go to bed early. The location was great. Loved the views and we were centrally located so nothing on the island was far away.

This place was absolutely amazing !!!!!! I rarely ever write reviews but me and my three cousins enjoyed the home so much. As soon as you step foot into the house, there is a feeling of peace and tranquility that takes over you. It was so peaceful at the home and very well clean and kept. Claudine is such a great host, she always answered the phone and my questions whenever I had any. I could not have picked a better place to stay; it is a walking distance from the grocery store and a few eating options as well. All of the rooms and bathrooms were very spacious and everything in the home is well organized. WHEN I come back to Sint Maarten, I know exactly where I will be residing. The home definitely left a lasting impression. I rarely stay in Airbnb's when I'm out of the country, but this one was a great selection.

We had an amazing stay in St. Maarten celebrating my 65th birthday with my wife and our adult kids. It was our first time on the island, and we loved every minute. The house was cozy, safe, and just a short walk to a beautiful beach and some great local beach bars nearby. We enjoyed peaceful mornings listening to the birds, spotting little lizards, and relaxing by the pool. The sunsets were stunning, and the location made it easy to explore the island. Our hosts were kind and accommodating, letting us drop our bags before check-in and bringing extra towels when needed. We had such meaningful family time and made unforgettable memories. Highly recommend!

I stayed with my husband and 18 year-old son for 9 nights in this beautiful villa. The photos do not do it justice! The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need, and there are lots of towels, including beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, & body wash. Air conditioning units works really well and the place is very clean. My favourite part though was the lovely view of the ocean, beach and hillside! Danielle was very helpful and friendly checking us in and out and she provided us with lots of recommendations, and the owner reached out to us also. Communication was excellent from booking to after check out. The area is lovely, and Indigo Beach and the restaurant on the beach were fabulous. Rented very comfortable lounge chairs & umbrellas from them and really enjoyed their beach service and food. Lots of other restaurants close by too. I highly recommend staying here!

Our stay in Orient Village was immaculate. The view was incredible. It is very well located. It takes less than ten minutes to walk to orient beach and is a 10 minute drive to Grand Case. The front deck was perfect for enjoying the sunrise, having our meals, and relaxing by the pool. We loved the outdoor space in the back as well, it was much larger than anticipated and the hot tub was great and we wish we could have used the outdoor kitchen. Dafne gave an excellent tour when we arrived and provided wonderful recommendations. The host was also incredibly responsive with any other concerns or questions we had. Overall we would absolutely stay again.

Absolutely perfect even better than the photos . Excellent location . Dominique is on site and was absolutely amazing and quick if we needed anything and super nice . Hot tub was warmed for the evenings . Nice and private can’t say enough about this property and hosts . Will definitely stay again . Outstanding . Thank you for hosting our family .

This is a beautiful villa. Very spacious, fantastic two-room primarily suite leading to the patio with the hot tub. BTW, this seemed to be the only villa here with an outdoor hot tub. Two of the other three bedrooms had a private bathroom too. Kitchen was very well equipped compared to many other places I’ve rented, even had a large ice maker. I made great use of the fitness center right down the street.

Two couples stayed at Amandyn's amazing place to round out our birthday celebration vacation on the island. We absolutely loved everything about it! The unit itself was immaculate. It was huge with a full kitchen stocked with extras, a large deck, hot tub, gorgeous decor, comfortable beds, plush towels, uniquely designed bathrooms, a grill and even a ping-pong table! The shared pool area was fabulous with lounge chairs, floats, an outdoor shower and extra toilet. We appreciated all of the great amenities! The sunsets and views of Baie Plum from the pool area were spectacular! The Terres Basses neighborhood is gated, private, and serene. We were 5 minutes away from three gorgeous beaches and other spectacular ones were only another 10 minutes away. Many great restaurants and a small grocery store are also only 10 minutes away. Communication from the property manager was superb and they were flexible with both check in and check out. We would absolutely stay again!! Five stars plus!
