Our stay at Sea Haven was amazing! We had great weather and could walk down and swim at Dawn Beach almost every afternoon. My kids enjoyed swimming in the pool everyday, nighttime swimming was their favourite! The home was in a great location but definitely need a car. Sleeping accommodations worked out well for us, my parents stayed in the bedroom in the main house, my 2 kids and us in the two bedrooms underneath. I would definitely return and stay again. Thank you Esheen for making our stay so wonderful and stress-free!!

Wow, I don’t know where to begin. This villa was absolutely stunning and exceeded all of my expectations. The views were breathtaking, and the privacy between the three spacious rooms made it perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The villa is beautifully designed, incredibly spacious, and so comfortable. I loved the kitchen and pool area—both were perfect for enjoying the setting. The location is ideal, with a private driveway and easy access to grocery stores, gas stations, great restaurants, beaches, beach clubs, and shops. Both the owner and the host were responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. I had such a lovely time and would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone. You truly cannot go wrong. We had a wonderful stay at Laura’s place! What an amazing setting with a view that you could look at all day and night long! We spent most of our time next to the infinity pool and couldn’t get enough of it. A quick trip down the hill to the local beach and restaurant provided a nice change of scenery (not that it was needed). The house is perfectly appointed with everything you need. We were met upon arrival by their friendly staff. Communication was perfect and we had a great kitchen and very comfortable bedrooms. Highly recommend Laura’s place!

One of the best stays I’ve ever had on Airbnb! The villa was even more beautiful than the pictures — spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I especially loved the stunning view and the outdoor shower, which made the experience feel even more special. Our host Marie was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Our family had a wonderful vacation. The villa was everything that we could have hoped and dreamed for. Everything that was listed in the description is accurate. Eric was always very accommodating and responsive. We appreciated the thoughtful goodies that he provided once we arrived to the island. The villa is in a safe area and we enjoyed exploring the island by renting a car. It is helpful to have at least a compact SUV in order to drive to the villa due to the steeper inclines.

Plenty of common area to enjoy with friends on a group trip. Walkable to restaurant and beach. Wish we had more time!

We loved staying here. The location was quiet and peaceful but can get to many places within 10 minutes. The property was beautiful and nothing was better than having a cup of coffee in the morning and overlooking the bay. Sylvie was also amazingly accommodating and worked with us through our flight diversion and getting in late. I would totally come back again and we loved every minute!

We can’t say enough how much we love this place. It was perfect for our adult family of 5. Loved the location. Beachfront was less than 2 minutes walk. The bedroom views were stunning and beds so comfortable. Kitchen was full of everything we needed and more. Loved the few stocked items when we arrived. Being close to the hotel and the Veranda store and cafe made everything even more perfect. We loved our pool and beach days in and also a great location to explore the island. We had an absolutely wonderful stay. This was our first time to St. Martin. The house was perfect for us and even more beautiful in person. The view is amazing. They island was amazing. A short walk down the hill to access the beach, restaurants and stores was great. Dan and Flo were wonderful, helpful and very responsive. Would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in this area. We can't wait to come back!

Can't say enough good things about our stay AND about working with Sarah. She was patient and full of good info, and always replied quickly when we had a question. The house has an excellent design with plenty of living spaces to hang out - both indoors and outdoors. Loved the pool too.

Our family enjoyed a week-long stay in this villa. As soon as you walk in the door, the sunning deck + infinity pool + ocean view immediately make you lose whatever train of thought you were on. And the living room's big sliding glass wall and decoration/furniture frame it well. That "what a brain-wiping view" effect persisted through a week of excursions as we drove around in our rental car. Family members kept commenting on how much they were able to relax in this setting, and how far away their brains got from mainland worries. While the view was distracting us the whole stay, Axel (concierge) and Lydia (housekeeping) did a great job behind the scenes helping us get the most out of the island, providing restaurant lists and helping us navigate all the villa amenities. The drive into the neighborhood includes a pretty steep hill. The rental car did fine in low gear going up, and with some heavy braking going down, but I'd brace for it if you're driving. Combined with the smaller/bumpier island roads, driving is its own experience in my opinion! The two nearby beaches are enough of a vertical climb, and there are enough nearby villas/walls/obstacles that we didn't attempt the walk (or ask how we even do the walk). The drive to Friar's bay beach is quick, and a walking path connects them. This villa seems like a fortress because it needs to survive hurricanes like the monstrous Irma in 2017. The pandemic came in behind and it felt like the island is still recovering from a one-two punch to its economy. For us, the walls/gates/etc performed double duty as security. We got to interact with the French police a bit (they too kept getting sidetracked by the view!) at the end of our stay because a burglar tried and failed to gain access. It felt random and unlucky, but maybe worth keeping in mind. Axel did great recommending we close up the villa doors/windows at night and insisting on common-sense care with valuables.

This was the perfect place for a couple to stay in. Hosts were wonderful and the place was beautiful!

Great place for a family with kids. 3 big rooms. A big living room area off the kitchen to hang out in. Great to have a pool when little ones are napping. The lounge chairs are super comfortable. Very walkable. Minutes to the beach and restaurants. A 5 minute drive to the big super market. 10 minutes to Anse cove and the Pinel island ferry. Super convenient and tons to do we couldn't do everything we wanted. Will be back.

Such a great villa! The space was comfortable and cutely decorated. Host was super communicative, and there was daily housekeeping which is always great! I loved the area as I enjoy staying in terres basses because it’s a good in between the south and north sides of the island.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to local shops, restaurants, and the beach, making it so convenient for everything we wanted to do. The home itself was top-notch—spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The highlight, though, was definitely the pool! It was pristine and the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return!

Emma responded very quickly and addressed all of our concerns. Very beautiful surroundings and secure location. Very peaceful. You have a pool all to yourself and you can enjoy views of other villas, mountains and bay from there. Orient bay is only 5 minutes drive which has clean and sandy beaches and amazing restaurants. To get to the villa you would need to go up 2 hills so I would strongly recommend renting a car in St. Martin as it is much easier to get around.

It is tough to put into words how much we loved Caza Lili! The villa was in the perfect location, steps away from the beach and a short drive to almost anywhere on the island. Having Jojo Burger, the Monoprix, and bakery all a short walk away was a wonderful touch. The beach is extremely private (there were times we were the only ones there) and the villa feels extremely safe and private. I can’t recommend this villa enough if you are traveling to St Barths and we will definitely be returning!

The villa itself is stunning—elegantly designed, impeccably maintained, and surrounded by a lush tropical garden that creates a serene oasis. The crystal-clear pool, framed by vibrant greenery, was the perfect spot to unwind. The location balances privacy and convenience, with easy access to the island’s best beaches, restaurants, and attractions. Housekeeping was excellent—thorough yet unobtrusive. This villa exceeded all expectations. If you’re looking for a magical St. Barts getaway, this is the place to be. I can’t wait to return!

Christine’s place is beautiful. The location is fantastic, as it feels both quiet and peaceful and private, and yet close to anything and everything you might need/desire. It is a great space for a family (we traveled with two small children). Christine’s place is well-stocked with anything you might need, from spices in the kitchen to pool toys, a first aid kit, and other amenities. Highly recommend!
