Villa vacation rentals in Lorient, Saint Barthélemy

The place was perfect, and the view and backyard were the highlights of our stay! We were just 5 to 10 minutes away from the best beaches and activities on the French side. The supermarket and an amazing bakery were only about 4 minutes down the road, along with a wine store. On the first day, I struggled to get my phone to work with Google Maps because I hadn't informed my cell phone company that I would be traveling abroad. However, the hosts were incredibly helpful in assisting me. The husband stayed on the phone with me the entire time, which made a world of difference since I was really anxious about my first Airbnb experience in the Caribbean. Once I sorted out the issue with my cell carrier, we were able to navigate all over the island easily. I would definitely stay here again, and I can't wait to come back!

The property was outstanding. It is a brilliant location, the view had me speechless. Should you decide on this property, you will not be disappointed. I plan on returning and will request it again. From the time we booked the property, the host was very easy to reach and immensely helpful. Angie was waiting for us at the house when we arrived and answered our questions. The home was perfectly situated in a lovely private drive, but only 3-5mins walk to what felt like a private beach. We loved everything about this property from start to finish and appreciated the proximity to restaurants in Nettlé Bay and the grocery store. We can hardly wait for our next visit and hope to stay in this home once again.

The villa was absolutely beautiful! Exactly as described and the view was incredible. The villa had everything we needed and had plenty of toys for the kids and amenities to have fun on the water. The pool was great for the kids and the beach in the backyard was a nice added bonus. Nina was a great host as well!

Brad is one of the best host we have ever had. He goes above and beyond for his guest. His home is absolutely perfect. The view is unmatched. The kitchen was amazing and stocked with everything you could possibly need. You would not regret booking Brads gorgeous home. We are still dreaming of the views from the back patio.

Very beautiful home. Quiet, spacious and beautiful views from every room in the house. The home was well appointed and very clean. There was more than enough space for our family of 5. The outdoor space was absolutely lovely. Great location if you want a quiet, tucked away hidden gem. We could walk to the beach and a handful of restaurants which made our vacation even more easy and relaxing. Host was attentive and made sure our stay was comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Great house with well apportioned amenities and supplies of all sorts. Plenty if towels, soaps, cleaning agents, and just about anything you would need in a home without worry. The grounds are great as well with a functional grill. You will need a front wheel drive car to get up the drive way or jeep. We had a mini van but it was too light in the rear to make it up the driveway which is a fairly steep incline. We needed the exercise anyway! Great home!

The villa was an oasis among beautiful surroundings. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend this listing to anyone looking for a place to stay in St Martin!

This Airbnb was exactly as described; it is a beautiful property with amazing views. Maia is an amazing host, and her staff are very attentive. We were met at the airport (rental car office) and guided back to the property. The house is located on the resort property and is gated in order to enter. The house is large with enough room for everyone to have their own space. Our family of 4 adults never felt cramped or invaded. The bedrooms are all large with private balconies or a patio. You definitely need a car as there is anything in walking distance once you leave the resort property. We didn't utilize the resort amenities other than the day we arrived and ate at the bar & grill. Overall, this is a great house and you will be very pleased if you choose this property, we loved it!

The pictures do not do this house justice. From the open-air concept of the house to the stunning views off the back deck. You will not be disappointed with renting this villa. The villa is located within walking distance to many great restaurants and a grocery store right across the street. The level of service provided by Léa and Chloe was exemplary. From pre-arrival communications to personalized recommendations for local attractions and dining, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. Léa was always available to assist with any request, whether it was organizing the rental car, setting up a taxi, or booking a boat for the day. Villa Mumbai surpassed all our expectations. It provided a perfect backdrop for a truly memorable vacation. We can't wait to return!

Leslie’s house is immaculate and very functional. Great AC and a lovely lap pool to keep you cool. Simpson Bay is serene and so peaceful especially at night! There was some construction happening as this is a newer area I believe- the host did inform us of that. Loved having a cleaner visit throughout the weeks stay. Overall a wonderful place to stay :) we would go back if life allows

This is a fantastic property and is exactly as shown. That said, some aerial photos may show a beach just outside the property, but that beach was washed away in the hurricane a few years back. We did not miss having a beach, because the patio and pool area are fantastic- plus, Mullett Bay Beach is 5 minutes away. Cupecoy Beach, and Dany's Beach Bar, are a two minute walk from your front door. It is a very secure location, and we always felt very safe and comfortable. The security staff are very attentive and always on site. The location is perfectly situated on the island. 15 minutes to Simpson Bay. 10ish minutes to Maho Beach. 7-8 minutes to Nettle Bay. There is a well stocked grocery store just across the street along with several decent restaurants. I would suggest purchasing plastic or stainless drinkware if you want to have drinks next to the pool. The home only stocks glassware- and plenty of it. We took advantage of the provisioning service through Les Halles, and it was very nice to have our groceries all put away when we arrived. We also had our rental car delivered. Both saved a lot of time and allowed us to quickly get to fun and sun. Rayma, our housekeeper, takes exquisite care of the property. Plenty of clean towels, beautiful bedding, all immaculate. We made frequent use of the services of Axel, our concierge, whose recommendations were- without exception- spot on with our expectations. Axel has relationships established with numerous restaurants and venues throughout the island, and when he gets a table reserved for you, it will be the best. If he reserves beach chairs and a day for your, it will be the best location.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. This was our first time to St. Martin. The house was perfect for us and even more beautiful in person. The view is amazing. They island was amazing. A short walk down the hill to access the beach, restaurants and stores was great. Dan and Flo were wonderful, helpful and very responsive. Would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in this area. We can't wait to come back!

This was our first time to Sint Maarten, and we couldn’t have picked a better spot! The location is very private, and the views are incredible. The place was spotless and was stocked with any amenities we would need. We have vacationed in the Virgin Islands for years, and Indigio Bay might make us reconsider. When we come to the island again we are absolutely staying here. Mike was fantastic, we couldn’t find the remote, and Mike came right over to help us out. We had a fantastic time, and loved relaxing at the house. 10/10

Incredible house and location, the pictures on the site do not do it justice. Everything about the house was perfect, the decks face the sunset and two different beaches, that are easy to walk to down designated paths. Both beaches are gorgeous and have great swimming and snorkeling. The house was extremely clean and well equipped, it even has two expresso makers! The pool is beautiful and has a waterfall to a second lower level. The AC worked well and the wifi was extremely fast. The location is amazing, half way between Marigot and Grand Case, which is the gourmet center of the island. Grand case was an easy (one road) ten minute drive. Sarah was a fantastic host, she responded quickly to any questions and sent us photos and videos to make sure that we could find the house. Any request or question was answered immediately and she gave us great recommendations for the area. We are already planning our return to this house next year! We will definitely be back...Thanks, Sarah!

Coco de Mer is a fantastic spot with amazing views - perfect for two couples. We will recommend it to anyone staying in St Barts. When you stay at a place like Coco de Mer, staying in for the day is a treat rather than a waste of a vacation day. Roger, Vivi, and Julia are very responsive and helped us immensely with recommendations and feeling welcome. Merci beaucoup! We can’t wait to come back!

Villa Livity was a dream! This lovely large six-bedroom vacation home was perfect for our extended family. It was quiet and clean with the bonus of a secluded pool. Isa was so easy to work with during check-in and responded to our questions within seconds. The Villa had everything we needed, including beach and pool towels, and was located only a few minutes' walk to the beach, the market and the local restaurants. Our family of 12 was very comfortable and happy and we will definitely return!

Our house was amazing from the pool to the scenery and how close it was on the water and to Pinel Beach! Philippe was the best host as well. He was there to greet us early, and went over everything in the house. Gave us beer, and a bottle of their native rum too! I would absolutely recommend this house and Philippe as a host!

Our home in St. Barts! We've been fortunate enough to stay at Ti Agave a few times and it truly feels like our home away from home, but with an incredible view! The villa gives us everything we want for a vacation base, privacy, cleanliness, a wow factor for a view, and proximity to things while still being remote. You do indeed need a car if you're going to truly enjoy the island from this villa but don't let that stop you from missing out on this truly special place. We will for sure be back. Amazing place, beautiful house with lots of amenities. Elodie was very responsive and even provided some extra amenities for our kids. The view is fantastic and our kids loved the heated pool. It’s a perfect place to watch the sun set. The house offers a few shady spots during the day but not too much. Very spacious inside. Kitchen has everything you need and is well equipped. Large and comfortable beds! Having kids, the layout of the house is great, all is on one floor. The only small downside is the noise from the street, it’s not too much and not very disturbing but fast cars or construction work is noticeable when relaxing on the terrace. Overall I would definitely recommend the place!

Amazing place in a great community. This is one of the best places we stayed at . Coralie is an exceptional host, everything was ready, clean and welcoming at her place. There was nothing you would need that was not provided. The community is great, beach and water are nice, the pool is amazing and only has a few houses allocated to it, so it was never busy. If you do not have a car, the host offers a service to stock your fridge for a fee. We rented a car and were able to drive around the island and everything was pretty close. If you do not want to get out of the gated community - you can have a relaxing stay at the beach and pool. The place is wonderfully decorated, new, beds were super comfortable and it looked exactly like the pictures. Clean and well equipped. I recommend Coralie’s place wholeheartedly, and interacting with our host was an absolute pleasure!

Amazing experience at Pauline’s house. A hidden gem in a peaceful oasis at Saline! Walkable to Tamarin restaurant. And easy drive access to Gustavia, Grand Fond, St Jean, Lorien. We love our stay there cause it cleans and tidy. Feels like our own home.
