Wonderful stay in St Barths would absolutely stay at this location again!

I’ve been to St Maarten a few times now and this was by far my favorite stay yet! The home was STUNNING, extremely spacious, and pristine. Our expectations were exceeded when we realized we had a concierge service: they helped us with booking a boat, renting a car, provided websites for us to order any food/drinks to stock the fridge and pantry ahead of time, and we even had the house cleaned multiple times throughout our stay. I would highly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was an absolutely stellar villa, and we were hands-down amazed with what an incredible location it was for us to stay. The entire house was gorgeous and the views were beyond expectations. This place is an absolute must!!! Not to mention the host went above and beyond to patiently answer all my questions and make recommendations of where to go and see. A+!

What an absolutely lovely vacation! If you are a nature lover, this property and the view are everything you could ever dream of! All of the modern amenities that a city dweller would be accustomed to: good wifi, powerful ac units, TVs in every room, a super modern kitchen with 2 refrigerators and 2 freezers, plus a wine cooler. But completely immersed in nature! We had a few small hiccups upon arrival - a bit of water in the master room, and an issue with one of the bedroom doors closing: both were addressed immediately and we had no more issues for the remainder of the trip. We decided to get a chef for the week, and it was just magical! We felt so special and catered to by Chef Francky, Maria, Rodolfo, and the rest of his incredible team! Also the housekeeper June was so lovely and Cheyenne was very helpful. This was an absolute dream vacation for our family and friends - our first time in St. Martin, but will definitely not be our last!

We rented Anse De Lezard for a week, celebrating a milestone birthday with 16 family members. The house couldn’t have been more perfect. Enough privacy for those who wanted it, but ample social spaces in which to gather. Most of us have been coming to St Barths for over thirty years, so we were all well acquainted with the island. We had never rented in this area, and it was a happy finding that in what seems as a local, almost suburban area, you enter this house and are immediately transported to island living at its best. The views over the rocky beach and the breezes are magnificent. The design and decor of the house is personal and welcoming, making it feel like a home, not a rental. The comfort of the house was absolute. The well equipped kitchen, the many bathrooms, sparkling pool, even a room for just pool and beach stuff with fresh towels every day. Speaking of fresh towels, and added (and amazing) benefit : there seemed to be island fairies cleaning up after us!

The most beautiful villa! More spacious than the photos show and walking distance from everything Gustavia has to offer. Gorgeous art and decorations and super comfy beds. Our concierge, Pierre, was just the best and managed to get us all the reservations we needed for the week. We have already booked to come back again next year. Highly recommend!

Staying at this villa was truly a dream. The property is absolutely gorgeous and looks exactly like the photos. Working with 100% Villas was also lovely. Jahelle had so many amazing recommendations and answered my questions. She met me at the villa to do a walk through, which was very helpful, and checked in throughout the trip to confirm that everything was okay. I asked for recommendations for various vendors throughout the trip. She was very helpful behind the scenes and coordinated with them to be sure my experience was seamless. For example, she described the glassware options to the bartender before I arrived. The only issue was that the front door stuck and could be hard to open and lock. I eventually figured out a workaround so it wasn’t major. My final recommendation is to have a full list of things that the concierge could arrange or has arranged with recommended timelines to reserve so guests can maximize their experience. I’m already dreaming of coming back! Thank you!

The villa was absolutely beautiful and just like the photos. It truly felt like a home away from home for the 7 of us on our girls’ trip. The management team was incredibly responsive and accommodating from start to finish. Located about 25 mins from Simpson Bay on the French side, the villa offered a peaceful retreat away from the party scene. We had a rental car, so the distance wasn’t an issue, and having onsite parking made things super convenient. All of the rooms matched the listing perfectly and the entire villa was spotlessly clean. A cleaner came during our stay, and the team had already arranged transportation for us—an absolute lifesaver for seven girls with lots of luggage. Chelsea met us at check-in and gave us a full walkthrough of the villa. She was incredibly helpful throughout—coming back with toiletries and extra adapters, and meeting us again at check-out to make sure everything went smoothly. We had an amazing experience and would recommend this villa.
