Located in the heart of the old quarter, everything is on foot, the port, the shops, the small cobbled streets. The accommodation was absolutely impeccable and Audrey even provided us with two baby cribs for the children. Extremely responsive in her communication, we have no negative comments. The terrace, although it does not have an unobstructed view, remains highly appreciable.

The stay in Isabelle and Loïc's accommodation went very well, easy access accommodation with clear instructions, sea views and very well furnished for a group of 3 people.

Very nice house, a little in its own juice but well equipped and very nice (high chair, baby bed, beach games for children) The area is very quiet, great vacation!

Catherine was the perfect host, lovely to chat to and super helpful, her apartment was enchanting, very French and equipped with everything you could possibly need, the outside area was particularly pretty with lots of seating under the canopy of an old olive tree. The area was pretty quiet and within walking distance of Seyne sur Mere town with it's harbour, bustling markets and coffee shops. The beautiful beaches of Sablettes, Verne and Fabregas all within walking distance or a short bus ride. The whole area was very clean with good public transport. Will definitely return.

Great stay in a beautiful and very well-equipped house. Perfect for a family trip, even with a baby: baby bed, bath towels, everything was provided. The exterior is superb, with a hot tub. No complaints, everything was perfect. Thank you so much for the touches (Christmas decorations, tree)

Fanny's cottage is very well placed. Everything is within easy walking distance and really close! The environment is peaceful. The house is really convenient with nice amenities. Very nice place, quiet, secure. Pool, beach, shops and activities without having to drive. Marie is friendly, explains very well when you check in. They're also very responsive. Recommended without a doubt.

The apartment is very nice and functional, everything necessary is available and of good quality. The balcony is great, views of the countryside including horses and donkeys in the pasture. A shop right around the corner that is also open on Sundays. Beach within walking distance, also a very nice way there. The heating was on upon arrival, the apartment warm, everything clean and tidy. Anytime again! ...

A real little paradise! The apartment is very well equipped, clean, functional, tastefully decorated and located on the beach. The sea view is stunning, breathtaking. We were able to have lunch on the balcony every day even in February. Several walks are directly accessible on foot from the beach. Bénédicte is a very warm person who ensures the well-being of her tenants. We'll be happy to go back.

We stayed at Arnaud's place for 5 winter months. The perfect place to spend the winter. Close to the beach, and it was up to 22 steps. Next to the apartment, great area for running. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. A great starting point for exploring the Côte d 'Azur. The apartment has a very large balcony with a beautiful view and the possibility of eating a meal. Beds in both the bedroom and living room are very comfortable, with plenty of storage space. A very kind and helpful host if needed. We'll be back as soon as we can.
