A dream stay in Pesaro! Everything was absolutely perfect. The house, nestled in a bucolic setting, offers a true haven of peace, surrounded by greenery, a flower garden, an orchard and even a few free-range chickens. The calm that reigns there is refreshing. The studio was impeccable, clean and functional, and the sofa bed particularly comfortable. But what we remember most is Sylvia's extraordinary kindness, who welcomed us with rare generosity. She made our arrival and stay as simple as it was pleasant. We also had the chance to meet Giacomo and his father, two deeply lovely people, with whom we had very warm exchanges. Thank you again for this unforgettable stay. We will keep fond memories of this break in Pesaro… and of all of you!

Really very nice place, it was a little like staying at home thanks to the decor, cleanliness and availability and kindness of the host and the other people involved. Very available in times of need or doubt, either by phone or in person. Overall with my group of friends we had a great time and it exceeded our expectations.

I spent a few days in this house and I can only leave a super positive review. The apartment was exactly as described (indeed, perhaps even better!), clean, cozy and equipped with all comforts. The location is excellent, close to both the beach and the center The host was very kind, always available for any questions. We really felt at home. This was a week over Christmas holiday, spent visiting friends in Ascoli. The apartment was very spacious and the location near the old town centre was very useful. Only five minutes walk.

We had a wonderful week here in early September - the place is just as lovely as its listing and a particular highlight was the pool: the perfect size for early morning laps! The surroundings are peaceful and Andreea was always quick to respond to any questions. We went to the private beach club most days (having beach towels provided is an added bonus if travelling with Ryanair!) which was a ten-minute drive with easy parking, and the apartment's location is ideal for visiting the pretty hilltop towns nearby if the weather isn't great. (Highly recommend visiting Ascoli Piceno on a Saturday with its small antiques market then venturing further to the waterfall in Castel Torsino.) Do book Agriturismo Sant'Angelo, which is just a short drive from the house, and be prepared for ten delicious courses! A great stay:)

We rented the house for our colleagues who work nearby. The house is large, spacious, well laid out, clean. The house is suitable for a longer stay as it has everything you need. Friendly owners. I highly recommend it.

Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great stay. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

Relaxation oasis on Mount Olympus A large, historic stone house surrounded by an incredibly beautiful garden with lush Mediterranean flora and fauna laid out on three levels with olive groves and many enchanted seating areas to marvel and dream. The house has plenty of space, is furnished to a high standard and tastefully decorated. It surprises with numerous niches, old doors, steps and stunning views. It is absolutely quiet here and you can stroll through the house and garden, enjoy the wide view over the hilly landscape and the picturesque scenery of Mondavio and Orciano and discover new perspectives again and again. The house and garden give a feeling of vastness, silence, seclusion in harmony with nature. There are nimble lizards, a hoopoe, sparrows and fireflies here. The kitchen is very well equipped with many glasses, dishes, pots, pans and everything you need for cooking. The owners share everything generously.

It has been a beautiful space! If you want to find peace in beautiful nature, this is the place to be, Irene is a wonderful hostess and has furnished the farm with attention to detail. It's just perfect, we felt incredibly comfortable♥️ and would come back anytime. Anyone who has an eye for detail feels that everything was taken care of here. A harmony for the eye, which creates peace and balance and well-being. Thank you, Irene.♥️

We had a great stay at Robert and Joanna's guest house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. They even provided some treats from their own garden. The accommodation is exactly as advertised and the view is possibly even better. We enjoyed the serenity and the beautiful scenery. Perfect to discover Monti Sibillini and go for a hike. You will also find several cosy villages nearby, like Penna San Giovanni and Sarnano. We would definitely come again!

A nice family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at any time of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cupboards. The same care for the well-being of the traveler in the bathroom equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and sparkling clean. The new barbecue, available in the backyard, invites you to dine in the shade of olive trees while on the front terrace you can sit to have coffee while watching for a train passing through the nearby station. And why not? You can take a bath in the starlight, the common beach is a few steps away, you feel free and joyful as in childhood.

I stayed at this house in Fano with my family and we had a great time. The apartment is nice, comfortable and located in the heart of the center, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the rooftops of the historic center — really impressive! Giacomo and Alberto were always available and kind, they also provided us with bicycles to get around comfortably and allowed us to leave the house calmly on the morning of departure. A very pleasant stay, we recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastically beautiful apartment! The accommodation is not only tastefully decorated, but also in an absolutely quiet location with stunning views of the hilly landscape – perfect for relaxing. The pool was a real highlight and felt almost like a private pool – ideal for cooling off and enjoying. The lovingly landscaped garden also contributed to the relaxed atmosphere. A big thank you to Adriana, who welcomed us in a very friendly way and was always helpful. The area is perfect for cycling and slowing down – we enjoyed every minute and will definitely be back!

The accommodation met our expectations, it is true to the description, cared for in its details and Patrizia is really very attentive, available and present to meet the needs of the guests and solve small problems that may occur (such as a drilled wheel). The apartment is well equipped and therefore already perfect, even for the summer stay. In addition, bicycles are available, very useful, in a week we never moved the car: the center of sbt and the promenade can be reached in a few minutes by bike. We really liked everything, the suprlus is definitely done by Patrizia, present, kind but not intrusive. So many many compliments! It's rare to find such an attentive host and such a well-maintained and well-equipped apartment! If we have the chance we will definitely come back! Thank you

We had a lovely time at Bob's. He and his wife are lovely! Luce and Henri (the 2 dogs) are also very cute and just want to be petted. Bob's renovation work is great, and the apartment is absolutely new. The outdoor space is beautiful and offers unobstructed views of the sea and the surrounding hills. I will be happy to come back!

We spent two really nice weeks in Edoardo's house. The house is comfortable, nothing is missing, the garden is really nice but above all the location is very convenient to the beach and the center of the town but it still remains in a quiet and very quiet location. Edoardo was a kind host, you will have no difficulty communicating with him! A perfect solution for those traveling with children and animals.

We were guests in this house for 11 days and we had a very good time. The apartment, with careful cleaning, is equipped with everything you need in every area: kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Appreciated the TV that allows different connections (Netflix, Amazon Prime and others) the coffee machine with different capsules available, as well as the availability of other useful items in the kitchen, such as salt, oil, vinegar and more. The bed is very comfortable, with availability of change of sheets as well as towels. The private garage is very useful, and in any case there are free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the house. The location is convenient both for reaching the sea in a few minutes and for visiting, within a few kilometers, the numerous medieval villages of great interest located on the green hills of the Marche. We thank Alessio and his mother for the courtesy with which they welcomed us, sending them a cordial and warm greeting!

Roberto and Sandra were impeccable in everything! My nephew and I felt at home, sunny, empathetic and super helpful people, what can I say, really extraordinary! I highly recommend it, very nice place, very clean house and equipped with all comforts! They recommended places to visit, very good clubs and restaurants in the area! Beautiful home, beautiful people. Lots of space for a family of four to relax. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need including x3 different methods for making coffee! Fluffy white towels - beautifully clean and cool. Well located between the beach and the old town. Also the most comfortable beds. Senigallia is a very cool place. We’ll be back.
