The Areas Apartments are located in a rural setting, 200 meters from Areas Beach and 2.5 kilometers from downtown Sanxenxo. They consist of a living-dining room (sofa bed, 1.40 m), kitchen, hallway, full bathroom, and terrace overlooking the garden and pool, as well as a bedroom (1.60 m bed). Fully furnished, with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, iron, clothesline, TV, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. Amenities include a swimming pool (in season), garden, parking, and elevator.

A very quiet area where we can barely hear the boats that go out to fish and where the silence and the sea will make your stay a unique experience. Outside the house has 3 garden areas on which we can find a pool and barbecue area with incredible views. Inside it has a master bedroom in the upper part from which you can see the sea.

Located in a peaceful village on the Portuguese Camino de Santiago, just 12 km from Pontevedra and 21 km from Vigo.
