In a house with its original character, you will have an entire floor to yourselves (30 m²) with a (private) bathroom and toilet, a very comfortable 160-cm bed, a desk, and a dining area (microwave and small fridge, but no stove or sink; sink in the bathroom). You will be independent and quiet.
