Overall, this was a great stay. Conveniently located, very cute and cozy condo, Emily is extremely easy to communicate with, and it is very reasonably priced. The only thing to note is that they do not provide shampoo/conditioner/body wash which we all found extremely odd and very inconvenient. Such a small thing to make guests happy. That being said it was a great stay.

We had a fantastic stay—this home was exactly what we were looking for. The backyard fire pit was gorgeous, and we loved the game rooms with board games, darts, and a pool table. The kitchen was fully stocked and spacious, and the speaker system throughout the downstairs and outside was a huge bonus. The only issue was unexpected messages from the host after a complaint came in from the attached (and unpictured) real estate office. It’s briefly mentioned in the listing but easy to overlook. The music wasn’t loud—we were talking at normal volume, with people napping upstairs—and it had been off for over an hour when the calls came in. The urgency felt a little off and caught us by surprise. Still, we’re giving it 5 stars. It’s a beautiful, well-equipped place in a great location—perfect for big groups who want to enjoy time together with plenty of space and privacy.

Jason was one of the most responsive hosts we have ever had. He answered whatever questions we had and immediately resolved minor issues like how to regulate the mini splits. The house has a nice view of the lake, and the separate deck amidst the trees offers some serenity. The lake is a great place for swimming too. We love to hike and there are wonderful trails within 15-40 minutes.

Our family had a great stay at this home. Our kids enjoyed the pools and basketball court at the community center. The multiple levels of the house were nice - our kids loved that they had their own space in the lower level. If visiting the White Mountains, would recommend staying here.

Great stay so homey and comfortable has everything we needed staying with two little girls ! Having laundry and kitchen made everything so convenient ! Close to so many things to do was the best vacation we’ve been on would definitely love to come back . Clean and organized everything was easy to find ! Great amenities pool ect !

Mile was a great and communicative host. The house is in an awesome location, the sounds of the Pemi river were very relaxing on the back deck. It slept my group of 8 comfortably with room to spare

This was our third time staying at Nates place and we felt right at home. It's the perfect location for a ski vacation. We will be back again next year!

Really nice place. The fireplace not working was a bit of a bummer but everything else was excellent. Great location, great view, close to everything, and multiple floors was great to have with kids.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Lincoln, NH. The property was clean, cozy, and well-equipped for a relaxing getaway. The hosts Erica and Rich were extremely accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location was perfect—close to local attractions, restaurants, and shops, yet still peaceful and quiet. We truly felt at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Beautiful setting! We enjoyed coffee on the large covered porch sitting in the swings. We love to cook and the kitchen and open concept space was awesome. The beds were very comfortable. We walked the trail along the lake and enjoyed the sunset. the bald eagles were great to see every day too. we also really enjoyed the kayaks. the name mirror lake was very appropriate!

It was our best “Vacation Dating” stay. From the moment we stepped inside, Jessica’s thoughtfulness for her guests showed throughout this Tiny Home. She smartly provided every amenity imaginable…some unimaginable, unique, and thoughtful…to make one’s stay very comfortable. Then there was the hot tub. I never imagined enjoying one in a snow fall like we did our first morning there. Do make reservations to stay and enjoy the experience. Let it be your best “Vacation Dating” stay, too.

Devin’s place was the perfect weekend getaway for my fiancé’s birthday! The cabin was very cozy & cute. Our favorite was the wood burning stove to heat the place! Gorgeous views of the woods behind. It was exactly what we were looking for! I recommend Devin’s place!

Right from the time we booked the reservation, Kristin communicated well with us. The check-in procedure was pretty accurately described. The house is beautiful, and the views are stunning. There were eight of us visiting, including our dog and Kristin was kind enough to get us a crate for a dog. She had all the necessary amenities stocked up. We love to stay there and we recommended to everybody, including families with pets and kids.

Excellent home and great hosts that a friendly and super responsive. Home had everything we needed and it was clean and beautiful. Would stay again in the future.

We stayed for a long holiday weekend with our adult kids and their partners (6 of us). The house is gorgeous and comfortable and the best-appointed BnB we’ve ever seen. Literally anything you could want or need. The setting is beautiful, peaceful and secluded yet within 15-30 minutes of fantastic local food and activities. High points for us were the deck with amazing views (including of a handsome black bear that moseyed past early our first morning!), great kitchen and gathering spaces, and the awesome fire pit. Dana was super responsive and flexible and made us so comfortable, a perfect host. I can see us returning (we considered never leaving, but…). 10/10.

The property was beautiful and the location was prime for access to the mountain and the rest of town. You can literally see the across the main road from the property. Not to mention the shuttle to and from the main lodge. Jason was the best host and the space was surprisingly big with 3 floors and a lot of common space. We had 12 people with us and there was ample room for us to move around and not be on top of each other. Will def be staying again for my next trip and also want to come in the summer as all the locals were telling me of the hiking trails and outdoor activities you can do not just in the winter. 10/10 would recommend

Our stay here was great. it was rainy until the morning we checked out, which was a bummer, but the covered hot tub area was used each night instead. the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and basic spices. I brought my own coffee for the Keurig but there was complimentary coffee pods, tea, and hot cocoa available as well. lots of games to play, artwork to look at. the dishwasher is very small so you can't fit much in there but luckily we were only 2 people. the only slight negative was the pellet stove being in the bedroom downstairs, only because of how noisy it is when it's running. it made it near impossible to sleep with it on if you're a light sleeper at all. overall, fantastic stay and thank you so much

We loved the views at the Sommet. The house was spacious enough for all 6 of us without even spending much time in the guest house. We found the beds comfortable and the 3 bathrooms were helpful. The kitchen was pretty well stocked and we ended up eating in 5 out of 7 nights. The Uno, Jenga and Clue were big hits with the whole family. Thanks!

This was an amazing place to stay while enjoying the fall weather in Vermont. The location was very quiet and peaceful, surrounded by trees and across the road from the Connecticut River. Waterford itself doesn’t have much going on (which I liked!) but St. Johnsbury and Littleton are within 15-20min and have everything you need. The house was beautifully updated with all amenities needed for a comfortable autumn week, including a fully-equipped kitchen, laundry machines, fireplace, and a lovely screened porch + front deck to enjoy the weather. The bedrooms were comfortable and bright, I’d recommend bringing an eye mask since the windows didn’t have curtains. I loved the member-only area - it was worth the extra cost for the river access with private beach and boats/SUPs. I only went on my final day, but I wish I had spent every evening down on the dock by the river to watch the sunset! Overall I loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone looking for some peace and quiet
