It literally sits at the foot of Loon Mountain and the Kancamagus Highway. The Pemigewasset River and its best swimming hole are right in the back yard. You will have access to the facility pools, hot tub, game room, and laundry facilities. Some of the town's best restaurants are within walking distance. The Lodge at Lincoln Station is the ideal place to stay!

Secluded private suite, separate private entrance, 6 acres of a smoking free property. Contactless check in key pad. Large windows, electric kettle, pour over coffee maker. Coffee, tea bags, sugar, mini fridge provided. No kitchen. Property abuts Pemi River with swimming hole. Franconia Notch, 10-15 minutes drive to hiking, skiing at Loon or Cannon , 30 min to Waterville Valley. Snowshoe out the door by the river. My Swiss heritage makes me a supurb cleaner. Wifi. Parking. Our condo is a privately owned 1st floor rustic themed home that sits along the East branch of the Pemigewasset River. Direct river access from our back porch. One minute drive to Loon Mountain and close to many area attractions. Leave the city noises behind when you walk through our private front entrance - you’ll feel like you’ve transported to a remote cabin in the woods! Listen to the sounds of the rushing river and enjoy breathtaking nature views from every room (mountain view in winter).

Private Studio Apartment in the White Mountains

This private studio space is located on our walkout basement level. You will have your own entry with a parking spot just outside the door or in our easy access carport. We are a 15 minute walk to many of the popular businesses on Main Street and there is easy access to I93 for all the outdoor activities in the White Mountain region. We enjoy welcoming travelers to our town and are happy to field any questions you may have. Otherwise, we are very respectful of our guests' privacy.

Just one mile from North Woodstock town and 15 minutes to hundreds of trails and attractions. Skiing at loon 15 minutes, Ice castles next door.
