Condo vacation rentals in Loon Mountain

Alan’s place was perfect for our two families! The condo pool and arcade were a big hit with the kiddos, and we wish we had more time to check out the racquetball courts in the building! Perfect spot for a multi-family getaway to Lincoln.

Amazing room! Check-in was incredibly easy just into the key room and enter a code. The room was beautiful, right away we noticed the view; it's nestled in a corner away from the front end of the resort, facing a beautiful running river, you can hear it from the deck. The resort itself was great, the pool and hot tub were empty both times we went, and we also had empty saunas and showers if we needed them, I highly recommend Black Mt Burger just walking distance from the resort, it best burger you will ever have. We had an amazing getaway away in nature and wish we could’ve stayed forever! I would come back!

We had such a great stay, a few weeks prior here, we stayed again while skiing at loon for the weekend. If you’re looking for a place in the Lincoln area and John’s place is available, just book it! You won’t be disappointed. Thanks again John for hosting.

Our stay at the River Walk was absolutely amazing, pristine views, waking up every morning to those beautiful Mountains! An absolute must do on our list to do again and you have to look for a reason to do it with your own family or friends too! Beautiful walks, delicious food, relaxing hot tubs, warm evenings to swim, and even more than that to come in the future days too! Wine tasting and Cider! Pretty soon Gondola rides to view those beautiful mountain peaks up close, how amazing is that! First time we had both been to the White Mountains, Lincoln, NH and it will not be the last or ever forgotten, thank you so much for a wonderful 3 nights of happiness, God Bless you all, much love and peace ✌️ ❤️

Melisa's place was clean and had a great layout for a family gathering. Very convenient to Loon and all the downtown activities. Perfect spot to enjoy a getaway.

great getaway for Cannon (11 mins) and Waterville valley (33 mins). Ihave never slept in a more comfortable bed in my life and same for my two companions in the other two beds. just what you need for a nice ski vacation.

I can’t say enough positive things: The check in was easy, wonderful communication (even checked in after our first night just to make sure everything was copacetic!), the space was clean, homey, inviting and yet also felt…I don’t know quite how to describe it - cool? Set up was great, the art/aesthetic vibe, even the dishes in the kitchen - just cool. We have stayed at the same building a few times, but this took the cake! The pool and hot tub are always a welcome escape after a day on the mountain (we were skiing, but same for a summer hike) and my son and I had some marathon ping pong games in the great room. There is a small workout space, a pool table, foosball and the condo space was full of games/cards and such that also kept us occupied. They left some helpful instructions and tips on local fare (Gypsy Cafe!) and it was clear from the moment we arrived that Graham and Brent have both a lovely space and care about the folks staying there enjoying their time! Thank you!

We loved this place! It was big, clean, and a great overall AirBnB for the family to stay at. The pictures don’t even do it justice, just a great find! It was easy to get from here to Conway, Mt Washington, White Mountain National Forest, and pretty much everywhere else we wanted to go. Definitely recommend and would book again!

Wife and I had a great time at Fairley’s place. Condo was as advertised, clean with all the utensils you need. The resort has a clubhouse with all great amenities. Location is great! We would definitely like to rent again.

We had such a great time on our trip to Lincoln! The location was perfect and the added bonus of a shuttle to/from loon was wonderful. Francine and Jon were very responsive and helpful hosts.

We were the next street over from Waterville valley ski resort and so close to the town square. This was a very convenient place to stay. The host was very very nice and any communication we had, she was prompt in responding.

Great place and the whole experience couldn't be easier. Great little perks and hidden gems in the condo that makes it an awesome stay. We had two kids and they enjoyed all of it! Thanks for making it easy and providing such a good value for the money!

Jessie is a wonderful host! She was very easy to communicate with and the place was exactly as described. Check in and out is very easy. We had to extend a day due to a snowstorm and Jessie was really flexible and easy to work with. The kitchen was well stocked with basics (oil, spices, hot cocoa, coffee). The place overall is beautiful and was very clean. The bunk beds are extremely comfy! The view from the deck is gorgeous and the area is very convenient. In summer you can walk to town and the condo lounge. It’s a quick drive if not walkable weather. The one downside was the place is still in need is some renovations (some has been done and is gorgeous), so there was a minor water leak and the downstairs bed was really uncomfortable - but Jessie was really responsive and helpful about the leak. I’m sure renos will be done soon and that will be resolved. We would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay and couldn't have felt more at home. Condo has everything you need and the hosts were so kind. Plenty of space for our family of 4 but could easily fit 6. Location is ideal for families to explore all Bartlett has to offer. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

Exactly how you described it great place great scenery, quiet and peaceful

Kitchen counter was not completely clean like they forgot the upper part. Could have been on over-site I know the owner has no control over this but keep in mind there is a unit above and while you cants hear any talking if anyone is heavy on their feet you hear that clearly. But we would still go back

Beautiful and clean studio. Well decorated and bed+linen were top notch. The bed was definitely the focus point of the room. Stunning. I recommend.

I have to start off by saying that I was quite impressed by how clean this condo was. It was so inviting with a light smell of cinnamon in the air. I felt like I was at home only better than my actual home. The coziest blankets comfortable bed… an extra place to sleep right under the TV was a great comfortable spot. The appliances and furniture are high-quality and it has everything you could need. We really loved how private it was, and how serene it was to have the view of the mountains and being able to hear the rushing waters with the windows open. Beautiful spacious porch. It was a lovely experience, having coffee out there and enjoying the sites and sounds. The rest of the lodge was very clean and a pleasure to be in also. We enjoyed our time at the pool and hot tub and we will most definitely be coming here again. One night was not enough for us. I just want to thank Jess and Ashley for having such a lovely place that they are sharing with people who will appreciate it.

We had a great stay! The Airbnb is in a prime location, close to tons of great spots to eat and explore. There’s no shortage of things to do nearby. The place was clean and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The fireplace wasn’t working sadly, but honestly, we weren’t home much since we spent most of our time out enjoying the area. Overall, a solid stay and we’d definitely consider coming back!

We had a great stay here! It was cozy and clean. It was super convenient having a supermarket and cafe within walking distance. We also enjoyed playing ping pong in the game room! Would definitely love to stay here again whenever we return to the area.

My son and I spent three nights at Mark's place for while skiing at Loon Mountain. We found the space to be both convenient to the resort and well appointed, very comfortably housing the two of us. Mark sent us helpful messages in advance and offered gracious support throughout our stay.

This 2nd floor condo is ideally located which is convenient and private. The host maintained excellent communication during our stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless. The condo is easy to access with close parking and a single manageable flight of stairs. The surrounding neighborhood is perfect for walks. Quiet, scenic, and free from traffic. The condo comfortably accommodated three adults and three children, with ample space for everyone. The living room is spacious and welcoming with comfortable furniture and a cozy fireplace that operates easily with a wall switch. A nice TV and some board games under the console added to the enjoyment. The kitchen is well equipped and ideal for preparing breakfast or cooking a family dinner. All beds were comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. The balcony is a pleasant feature, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or reading outdoors. The entryway/mudroom is especially convenient for storing outdoor items as you enter your home away from home.
