My brothers stayed in the apartment for my graduation ceremony. They enjoyed the apartment. The apartment is easy to find and close to the city centre. I will host my guests here again. Also Bobbie responds time was very prompt. I booked the apartment very late in the evening. My booking was confirmed and I checked in by 8:pm. I highly recommend the apartment for anyone coming to Plymouth.

Lovely apartment with good amenities for a short stay. Great location with beaches, bars, restaurants and shops in a walkable distance. Would definitely look out for this apartment in the future when booking!

The best views and location! We loved our stay at 12 Brendon Court, amazing views of the sea AND fantastic location! The surf was never far away with Fistral and Towan only a short walk away. For apres surf, coffee cake and town are also super close. The flat has everything you ever need and the wifi is really good! Make sure you book the sauna on Fistral, it’s magical! Best holiday ever, who would have thought, in February in Cornwall!!

By far one of the best places to stay within Plymouth. Royal William Yard has a fantastic history and the apartment is housed in an amazingly designed building with great events, shops and restaurants very close by. Every little detail in the apartment has been really carefully thought out and designed by Zaneta and which made our stay relaxing and refreshing.

This was our first time booking an AirBnB and I needn't have worried. Marcus is a great host, very helpful and the property was exactly like the photos and description. It was in a perfect location for us, in a quiet part of town, but just a 10 minute walk to the town centre where there were some great pubs and Newquays beaches and harbour are also not far away. We found it very quiet in the apartment and weren't disturbed by any noise at all. We thought the Christmas tree and other decorations were a lovely touch and we felt at home and very comfortable.

Sara’s place was great and perfect for our one night stay in Falmouth. Sara and Ginny were excellent with communication prior to our stay and everything was clean, tidy and as described.

This was my first time in Plymouth since moving from England to the U.S., visiting family who just relocated here. The apartment was better in person—I’m usually skeptical after being misled by online photos before, but this one exceeded expectations. Clean, secure, and close to key landmarks. As someone who worked in hospitality, I value good service over fancy facilities, and the host delivered. He communicated clearly, checked in during my stay, and was quick to respond. I mixed up the checkout time with another booking and was still there when housekeeping arrived. I felt bad, but they were very professional and didn’t make it awkward at all, even though it likely affected their schedule. Great service, great stay. I’d definitely book again.

A fantastic stay and the property was exactly as described. Spotlessly clean and really well equipped. The location is great. A few minutes walk from Newquay Town Centre and less than 10 mins walk to Fistral Beach through the middle of the golf course on a traffic free path. The host responded within an hour on both occasions I contacted her. I can’t fault anything. Thanks for a fantastic stay. Highly recommended.

Beautifully presented and spotlessly clean property with fabulous views. Ben and Lauren were very responsive and accommodating, allowing us an early checkin which was super! We didn't have a car so caught ferry from Barbican (£3 pp and only a 5min trip) so easy! Ventured back and forth to Barbican for cute pubs, restaurants and shops. Good to note there are no local shops near the property so bring food and necessities with you. We brought food in Barbican. Again, very easy. Property had great bbq and balcony to sit and enjoy the views. Well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. We had two dogs who loved the space, the dog treats (thank you!) and the dog bowls. We didn't want to leave :) Definitely recommend this property.

Well maintained house with garden and terrace. Very spacious and can comfortably accommodate seven guests. Kitchen is well equipped and appliances are brand new. We encountered some problems during our stay but Tom has been very responsive and easy to communicate.

Lovely 3 bedroom property. Modern and elegant! We liked the kitchen, diner, skylight and central island counter top. Lots of natural light and lighting in the house was amazing. Comfortable, spacious bedrooms and nice, comfy beds. Good sized parking for one car. Good excess to attractions in Plymouth. We have enjoyed our trip. Daryl was helpful and responded very quickly. We would love to stay there again!

Ben was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The house is beautiful and in a great location. It’s a lovely, spacious modern house and everything it thought of. We all really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay and we will definitely be back! The house was perfect for us all and we had loads of space. The kids loved the pool table! Great house, so well stocked we had all we needed. The surrounding area is beautiful and the beach is lovely with great places to eat and little beach shop which came in very handy when the kids all needed beach shoes! Thank you so much for making our stay wonderful. The only thing I would say is that the house is advertised as a “Lodge with hot tub” but you have to pay extra for the hot tub which I think could have been made clearer, not other than that absolutely no complaints at all. Martha’s place is very nice a cozy. Local to the town as well as out of the way so you feel some seclusion. The apartment was clean and tidy with clear instructions with a handy welcome booklet. Handy free parking space which helped massively. Martha was very friendly and responsive and was a delightful stay. Finding the apartment was not very easy. I struggled with the instructions but found it eventually. It could do with some lighting outside to help navigate the steps but my phone torch worked just as well. I really enjoyed my stay as did my dog was really nice with plenty to do within walking distance and short driving distance lots of dog friendly beaches, restaurants, cafes and shops.

Exemplary apartment, very well equipped. Really close to beaches and walkable into town. We absolutely loved our time here and couldn’t believe how beautiful the space was! Highly recommend :)

We stayed at Karen’s apartment for my 30th birthday and it was absolutely perfect! The place was spotless, spacious, and beautifully set up, even better than the photos. Being just steps from the beach made it extra special, and we loved how peaceful and relaxing the area was. Karen was an amazing host - super responsive, helpful, and made everything really easy from start to finish. Would 100% stay again. Highly recommend!

First time staying at an air b&b and we had a great stay! Flat was very clean and well equipped, we had everything we needed. The flat was bright and beautifully presented and just like the photos. It was very quiet and peaceful in the flat during our whole stay and we had plenty of space for the three of us. Our host was great, great communication and very friendly. Very short walk to the sea front. Shops weren’t too far away, we walked everywhere. Not far from the harbour and aquarium, location was perfect for us. Wonderful. Would definitely stay again next time we’re in Plymouth. Highly recommended, many thanks!

Rebecca 's place felt just like our home. Everything was exactly the same as described in the images. The apartment is neat and tidy; all amenities are functioning properly. The ambience was calm and quiet. Becki was indeed a kind, responsive and friendly host. The place is worth for its price, stay and amenities Nevertheless, I found it hard for the grocery shops which is almost 0.5- 1.0 miles away. Overall, it was great and lovely stay at Rebecca' s place.
