Waterfront vacation rentals in Looe Bay

Great stay over twixmas - it was a perfect base for some stunning coastal walks and we loved the sea views from all 3 rooms!

This is a wonderful space and a great location. it is lovely and comfortable, designed well with individual spaces and truly comfortable gathering spaces. The location was excellent. We loved it.

With an easy stroll down to the town centre, garaged parking and everything needed for a relaxing stay including an outside space with amazing views across the water, this place is an absolute gem. Janet gave good instructions and was quick to respond, the place itself was very clean and comfortable and we really appreciated the added touches of milk in the fridge and fresh flowers in the rooms. Mike you’re awesome, property is great with a wonderful view. Mike keeps it super clean and has provided what you could need to have a great stay. The beach view and waking up to the sound of the waves is priceless. Total gem

The picture window makes this place just stunning - any time in the apartment we spent just looking out and enjoying the view. The road is quite busy and noisy but the view was definitely worth it. The apartment is really well kitted out with pretty crockery, rugs and throws available, a good collection of kitchen cleaning kit - sponges, washing up liquid, brushes etc. The small size dishwasher was very handy and there was a good selection of pots and pans as well. The bedrooms are smallish, but the main room is so lovely you only sleep in them, so that's fine - good storage in both them and the bathrooms cupboards so clutter is kept at bay. There is parking in the garage (which has a lift so handy for luggage transport) however it has very tight angles and with a big car we only ventured into it once! There is plenty of on street parking on the side road so no big issue - although during the day it is quite busy parking there. Overall a wonderful apartment - oh that window!

This was one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed. The view is stunning, the place is so clean and such a good location. I'll be coming back for sure.

Cannot fault this place and if this is the area you wish to visit, this is the place to stay. The loft is spotless with ample room and a lovely sunrise over the lake across the road is not to be missed. Jen is a terrific host and extremely friendly and approachable. She is proactive in the communication and offers extremely helpful advice on directions and things to do in the area. I will be looking to go back to the area again later this summer and will certainly be looking to stay with Jen again!

We loved our week at Tides Reach. Very clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped . It had everything we could need and more! Perfect location, just yards from the beach and amenities, with private parking. Dominic was a great host, kept us informed and easy to contact. Highly recommended!

We had the most beautiful, peaceful and relaxing stay at The Anchorage. The location was superb, and the views from the house were my personal favorite part. I spent every spare minute in the sunroom looking at the ocean. There was plenty of space for us to all be comfortable and my children especially enjoyed the kids room with bunk beds! The town is beautiful and there are so many different beach options around to choose from. It is definitely a little stressful driving in the village (coming from from an American haha) but that aside it was a perfect end to our vacation and I plan on booking again (this time with some friends or maybe extended family to fill up the many bedrooms!)

We enjoyed a short break at The Slipway , a beautifully presented, well located house. It was spotlessly clean and very quiet, yet only a short wander into town. The view from the front windows is wonderful whatever the weather . Thank you for being such responsive hosts , offering an early check in and being very accommodating from booking to check out. We would highly recommend this house.

Just returned from a lovely 3 night stay among the dunes at the Rest House. The property was very nice, a short walk to the beautiful Holywell dunes and beach. Debbie was very responsive throughout our stay. Thanks!

Just got back from a lovely impromptu weekend in Looe with my 2 children age 5 & 8. We found it really easily thanks to great instructions and arrived to find the cottage warm, cosy and welcoming. The location is just perfect, in a quiet area and we couldn’t stop looking out of the window at the beautiful view of the river. It’s a pleasant 10 minute walk to the main centre of town where there were so many things to see and do. The shop across the road was really handy, and parking was always easy on the quayside. We will definitely be back as soon as we can!

I rented the property for my 70th birthday to celebrate with my family. Everything exceeded my expectations. The view was exceptional and the house incredibly well equipped and maintained. I could not have asked for a nicer place to stay. We have all made some fantastic memories and all of the guests were delighted with the accommodation.

As an adult family of 6, we had a fantastic long Easter weekend in this lovely property. Mark was very quick to respond to any communication and made everything very straightforward before and during our stay. We loved the location, with everything within easy walking distance. The views are to die for .... will definitely miss them and it felt like home from home. Love Fowey and love this beautiful property and will definitely be back again one day. Thank you!

This is our second visit for us in two years. It is absolutely perfect for our family needs. This time 8 adults and our dog. The position makes it great for getting around without a car and allows everybody their own space and privacy. The up side down living makes best use of the space and dramatic views. We love it!

We stayed at Karen’s apartment for my 30th birthday and it was absolutely perfect! The place was spotless, spacious, and beautifully set up, even better than the photos. Being just steps from the beach made it extra special, and we loved how peaceful and relaxing the area was. Karen was an amazing host - super responsive, helpful, and made everything really easy from start to finish. Would 100% stay again. Highly recommend!

Harry is the best possible kind of host. He’s friendly, very responsive and extremely communicative. His apartment is beautiful and very easy to use. The ONLY drawback that I have is nothing to do with Harry - the neighbourhood itself is a very private and quiet village and we were given a list in the lift requesting that we be very quiet. Aside from that - Harry is amazing and you will not find a better host. Thank you Harry!

A real gem of a flat, well positioned with own parking place just a few metres away. The flat was exceptionally well equipped, cosy but spacious with a lovely outlook towards the Fal and harbour. The kitchen area had everything for a short, or longer, stay and was a delight to work in. A lot more kitchen equipment is provided than the usual airbnb's. The main bedroom was full of light in the morning, the small balcony a bonus for sitting out with a cup of tea or coffee. The fixtures throughout the flat are quite new and very clean. We struggled with the cold bath tap, probably because of old hands. Elly provided a comprehensive guide for using all the equipment which was very helpful. The welcome basket of nibbles was a really nice touch. A quite delightful spot, we thoroughly enjoyed our week stay, thanks Elly.

Stayed here over the New Year period and it was perfect. Great location, the sea view was spectacular and the log burner was a great addition given the cold weather. Local pubs were so friendly and food was great. Will definitely return, thank you.

Easy to find, great location right in the heart of the Barbican within easy walking distance of pubs, bars, restaurants and local attractions including the harbour as well as shops. The property itself self is very well appointed ted and spotless. Added bonus of free parking and an electric car charger if needed.

I stayed here the night before and the night of my wedding at The Loft next door. The location was perfect, apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. Would definitely recommend staying here if looking for a central base to see the Barbican and other historical areas of Plymouth. Added bonus of a permit parking space nearby which in this area, parking can be difficult/expensive! Thank you for a great stay!

The harbour front flat was perfectly clean and comfortable. We looked right out onto the harbour which was such a joy to watch the boats, the sea and the resident seal. We had such a lovely holiday, everything was as described, the added surprise of a welcome pack was appreciated. We will be back as we enjoyed it so much.
