Driveway parking and private entrance. Fully equipped kitchen including Nespresso machine, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and all the utensils and crockery you’ll need. Please note, access to the property is down a set of steps and may not be suitable for infirm guests.

My brothers stayed in the apartment for my graduation ceremony. They enjoyed the apartment. The apartment is easy to find and close to the city centre. I will host my guests here again. Also Bobbie responds time was very prompt. I booked the apartment very late in the evening. My booking was confirmed and I checked in by 8:pm. I highly recommend the apartment for anyone coming to Plymouth.

The best views and location! We loved our stay at 12 Brendon Court, amazing views of the sea AND fantastic location! The surf was never far away with Fistral and Towan only a short walk away. For apres surf, coffee cake and town are also super close. The flat has everything you ever need and the wifi is really good! Make sure you book the sauna on Fistral, it’s magical! Best holiday ever, who would have thought, in February in Cornwall!!

This is our second stay at Saltwater 6 following a wonderful stay last year. It was as lovely as we remembered The apartment is immaculate and everything within is extremely high quality. Our teenage girls loved their own bathroom and bedroom with tv and Netflix and the main bedroom is as well appointed The beds are really comfortable so we all slept dreamily The balconies are lovely to sit out on and the sea view from the lounge/ kitchen is great too. We have only just got back today and we are already thinking about returning next year. Fingers crossed it’s available Sofia is ALWAYS very prompt at responding and was very accommodating today with a request from us Luxurious place to stay literally 5 minutes from Fistral beach and 20 minutes or so stroll into town. Highly recommend you staying as you won’t be disappointed

By far one of the best places to stay within Plymouth. Royal William Yard has a fantastic history and the apartment is housed in an amazingly designed building with great events, shops and restaurants very close by. Every little detail in the apartment has been really carefully thought out and designed by Zaneta and which made our stay relaxing and refreshing.

We stayed at this great first floor flat for 5 nights. It has everything you would need and more! Great location for Mutley Plain with all its shops and restaurants a 2 min walk away and central Plymouth within an easy 15 min walk. Paul, the host, went above and beyond in helping us secure another property when we had to extend our stay by a few nights. Would highly recommend this flat, and all its comforts, and will definitely stay again.

Amazing view of the sea. We were lucky to have good weather during our visit in November which helps. We could see the start/finish of the local parkrun. Bolberry Down is beautiful. We had dinner in the local Ocean's Restaurant and the food was lovely and reasonably priced. I'd misread the listing and thought we had access to the downstairs garden but this is a first floor apartment. Overall, a lovely stay and we'd love to come back regularly.

A really lovely place on the outskirts of Plymouth. Within easy reach of the town centre by bus (across the road) and had everything I needed during my stay. The place was lovely and clean and well equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend Judy and Geoff’s place if you’re thinking of staying in Plymouth or the surrounding area. Thank you for a lovely, comfortable stay.
