Cozy, cheap, older summer house near Løkken

The summerhouse at Lønstrup was built in 1986, it is a well-maintained and cozy summerhouse, tastefully decorated and located on a large, southwest sloping nature plot. The grounds are surrounded by large trees that provide good shelter for the west wind and create many play opportunities for children. The summerhouse is located in the middle of the magnificent nature by the North Sea. A small path leads from the house over the dune to the North Sea, a walk of about 10 minutes, where you will find some of Denmark's most beautiful bathing beaches.

The sea lodge

The cottage, which is located in the 1st row by the North Sea north of Lønstrup, is extremely well appointed with views of the sea on 3 sides of the house. There is about 40 sqm. of terrace around the house, where there is plenty of opportunity to find shelter. There is about 900 meters to Lønstrup Town on a path along the water and fantastic beaches within a few minutes' walk. Lønstrup is known as Little Skagen because of its many galleries and atmosphere. There are good shopping opportunities and a café environment.

Stay undisturbed in your own annex close to Aalborg

As a tenant with us, you will be staying in a newly built annex. The annex is located on a natural plot in the woods with the golf course as the nearest neighbor and close to Aalborg, 15 minutes to the city bus. Whether it's a city vacation, golf, mountain biking, road cycling, you have plenty of opportunities to meet your needs here with us. We are happy to help you with good advice if you ask. Our favorite gem is located in charming Lønstrup with a few minutes walk to the loveliest beach and cozy city center, filled with great shops, art experiences, dining, cafes and shopping. In addition, the area is filled with the amazing nature. Blokhus, Løkken and Hjørring just around the corner, which also offers plenty of experiences and activities for the whole family. We are a member of the sauna club on the beach in Lønstrup, so when you stay in voressommerhus, the sauna is free to use.

The house - which is year-round insulated is located on a large 3000 m2 of undisturbed land with views of large protected natural areas. The cottage is fenced - with a large area, and you can therefore let your dog run free. NOTE: From May to August, the tent is open and there is therefore the possibility of 8 overnight guests. The house contains 3 rooms with 6 beds in total, weekend bed and handy seat for small children available, living room with sofa that can be turned into a 3/4 bed, bathroom with shower and washing machine, kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. 2 terraces, one with morning sun and the other with afternoon/evening sun.
