A cozy cottage in Lønstrup - close to Lønstrup city center. It is newly renovated with bright walls and wooden floors. There is a beautiful garden room, a nice terrace and plenty of space both outside and inside a large garden. The terrace is shielded and there is shelter, so you can often sit outside until late in the evening. There is garden furniture, so you can be in different places in the garden. There is a Weber grill, so you can enjoy the lovely summer evenings, and if it gets cold, you can retreat into the warm garden room.

The cottage at Lønstrup was built in 1986. It is a well-maintained and cozy cottage, tastefully decorated and located on a large, southwest sloping natural plot. The plot is surrounded by large trees that provide good shelter from the west wind and create many play opportunities for children. The cottage is located in the middle of the magnificent nature by the North Sea. A small path leads from the house over the dunes to the North Sea, a walk of about 10 minutes, where you will find some of Denmark's most beautiful beaches.

This exclusive beach house is built with respect for nature and fits perfectly into the unique dune landscape. Enjoy the view of the North Sea's blue waters from the living room, bedroom or one of the terraces. Inside, there is a lovely bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed for two, and a nice living room with a fireplace, a dining area, upholstered benches, an open kitchen - and two extra sleeping places in a cozy, secluded alcove.

The cottage, which is located in the 1st row by the North Sea north of Lønstrup, is extremely well appointed with views of the sea on 3 sides of the house. There is about 40 sqm. of terrace around the house, where there is plenty of opportunity to find shelter. There is about 900 meters to Lønstrup Town on a path along the water and fantastic beaches within a few minutes' walk. Lønstrup is known as Little Skagen because of its many galleries and atmosphere. There are good shopping opportunities and a café environment.

To the south is the view of the inland dunes in Skallerup - to the west the view of the sea.
