Located 20 minutes from downtown Hot Springs and 25 minutes from Oaklawn casino. Located in Hot Springs Village with 8 golf courses, several lakes, pickle ball and tennis courts. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Very nice air mattress is available for guest. Hot Springs Village is a gated community. You will have to check in at one of the guard gates. Very easy.

Relax on top of the mountain in a cozy setting with amazing views of the mountain scape and valley views of the city. Enjoy the unique Moroccan vibes in this all open spacious cabin. The decor makes it a one of a kind setting. You’ll want to come back yr after yr to experience a new theme. It has a cute little bathroom with a shower and a darling kitchenette. Tucked quietly behind our modern farmhouse residence, our guesthouse offers relaxed neighborhood vibes while being within minutes of downtown Hot Springs and all of the city's main attractions. Feel free to love on our friendly cats, Tate (orange) and Sylvie (gray). We also have an Australian Shepherd pup, Heidi. She loves to visit with our guests, but can be put away if needed.

Lakefront get away, Golf, Swim, Hike, Fish

Our home is a level lot just feet from Balboa Lake, the largest lake in the village. The Village has eight well maintained golf courses and several lakes. We are surrounded by trees which turn magnificent colors in the fall. We are on paved roads and you will have no trouble accessing us. There is a great tennis facility with 12 clay courts and pickle ball courts are also available. The beach area is near us.

The guest house is separate from the main house and has it’s own parking and access. Keyless entry means no lost keys (code provided prior to arrival). Guests are welcome to use the dock for swimming, relaxing, or fishing. A covered patio with gas grill is also available to guests.
