Great place to stay above a friendly local pub. If you want a place that is away from it all then this is it. The bathroom and toiletries are a real treat.

A very quirky cottage, beautiful interior , lovely little garden with a seating area, parking for one car . Great location close to the high road , for provisions, coffee shops, restaurants, take aways etc( cottage very peaceful, no traffic noise) nice walks nearby for walking the dogs. Ideal location for me as I was visiting family and friends nearby . Owners live next door should you need them ( I didn’t , as everything was catered for) Will definitely be back . Beautiful house in lovely peaceful location. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Great comms with host. Hot tub room was amazing. Loads of towels, also robes and slippers were an added bonus. A perfect relaxing break with friends, couldn't ask for any more :)

Lizzie was very responsive and informative, including preheating the hot tub for us! The location is great, beautiful and peaceful. By far the most private space despite having neighbouring cabins you were nicely spread out and private. Plenty of amenities included, especially in the garden area. Lovely homely vibe inside, everything you need! We couldn’t work the WiFi to the bedroom tele but managed to hotspot from our phone. We also arrived late and heated the hot tub too hot to use :( this was very much an us problem as the hot tub had plenty of info/ faq’s but we didn’t have time to let it cool between the hot tub use hours. Would come again, delightful place :) thanks for having us! ☺️

Cosy cottage, very homely and well equipped - Andy has thought of everything! We enjoyed a family go on the Wii doing Just Dance. Great fun! Liked the helpful little notes around the place, especially those for the bathroom heated towel rail. We enjoyed a lovely walk around Great Gransden & Little Gransden. Lots of thatched cottages and beautiful houses. A lovely peaceful location. Great for visiting our daughter at Uni in Cambridge.

Our stay at the Koya was peaceful and comfortable and the hosts were lovely - including their beautiful dogs. Would highly recommend xx

The accommodation was perfectly placed to explore Buckden on foot. The owners were really approachable and friendly and had lots of recommendations of great restaurants and things to do nearby. The accommodation was exactly as described. Plenty of room for two people. We both slept really well and awoke to beautiful birdsong in the morning. Very peaceful. Thanks so much. Liz and Jim

Stayed in Ian's place at the Old School House by the Duck Pond in Wereham - with the quintessential charm of a traditional Norfolk village with its pretty duck pond and friendly pub and quaint houses we had a wonderful stay. The cottage was warm with an excellent shower and plenty of hot water and warmth throughout - we enjoyed the log burner and the Piano (could use a tune) comfortable well equipped and with plenty of parking character and charm with an excellent host - we had a wonderful stay and only 30 mins from coast
