Great stay! Very clean,comfortable,cozy and the AC came in clutch at the right times! In walking distance to beach, breakfast,lunch, and dinner! We had the best time and highly recommend! We hope to visit IRB again! ❤️

Jaclyn was so helpful and flexible with check in and check out. The hosts thought of everything for a good beach day so it was helpful to have what you needed. The rooms were great and the location was perfect! We really appreciated the whole stay.

Great place to stay if you are heading to a BAESBALL game or an EVENT at RAYMOND JAMES STADIUM ! This is the PERFECT spot ! An easy walk

No need to continue looking. This is the best place to stay on the island. Love the location for walking to restaraunts / shops. Fishing from docks a walk away. Enjoyed playing pickle ball and roof top R&R. If you get a chance, grab some freshly filleted Grouper or Mahi back by the bay at Frenchy's Seafood Market to cook up. Kayak rentals nearby.

We had a great family vacation at George’s. It had everything we needed. There was a small misunderstanding and George responded promptly and quickly resolved the situation. Hospitality A+!

This is the 2nd time my family has stayed here! The view, location, and amount of space is fantastic for our family of 6. Also appreciate the fast responses to any questions. As a bonus, the Candy Kitchen across the street was a favorite visit spot for the kids. Thanks again for a great stay!

One of the main reasons besides location ( which was fabulous!), that we went with this place ws bc we have 3 families ea wt 3 different cars. The description said one could fit in the garage and two in the driveway. But upon getting there that was very misleading & the cleaning people were not done in time so we had to wait at least 15 minutes and drive around, which was annoying because it’s so tight there . So if you drive anything larger than mini Cooper’s, you’re gonna have a hard time fitting 3 vehicles. They need to update the description to say very small vehicles or chance a parking place in the public beach parking. The duplex next-door also is the same size with vehicles so it is extremely tight fit.The street was tight as well. it is hard to maneuver around but again if you have an extremely small cars or trucks, it’s still a great place. Or if you plan on prking & leaving ✅ we had trouble all week with thr air conditioning and bed downstairs but they I’m sure will fix.

We enjoyed a wonderful 4 night stay at Lisa’s Dunedin Foundry! It is absolutely beautiful!! 🤩 We loved the open concept, floor to ceiling windows throughout and access to 2 balconies for the views and the fabulous sunsets. Lisa thought of everything to make this truly a 5 star experience! A well- equipped kitchen, coffee/wine bar, professional design, very comfortable furniture, an amazing soaking tub, luxury bedding and towels, even a sound machine. I’ve never slept so well after our days out exploring the area. Located on the Pinellas Trail and only 2 short blocks to Main Street with many shops, restaurants/bars , entertainment, a local grocery store and even a Saturday Farmer’s Market! Fun activities on the water available at the Marina, Honeymoon Island State Park and Clearwater Beach. There was so much to do we can’t wait to go back! I highly recommend Lisa’s place. She was an amazing hostess!!

Joe’s home is perfectly situated between the ocean and a few paces to any restaurant you’re craving. I can’t think of a better place to stay. With two little ones, the private pool was wonderful when we didn’t feel like packing up for a beach day. We can’t wait to stay here again! Honestly, the photos don’t do it justice.

Kevin’s place looked just like the pictures and we enjoyed our stay here. He was very responsive with any questions that we had and we really enjoyed the outdoor space. The space was available early on check-in day, which he was very kind to let us know we could enjoy an extra couple hours at his place.

Hilda's place was as described. Location was close to the airport and Within 20 minutes to downtown sarasota and within 40 minutes to Siesta Key beach. The beds were comfortable and the house is in a good location when visiting the Sarasota area. The community Pool was in close proximity to the house. Would definitely recommend when staying in the Sarasota area.

You can't put a price on a view like that! We ate most of our meals right by the window and soaked up the scenery! The place itself was very comfortable. Being able to use the kayaks, beach essentials and fishing equipment put this place over the top!

We loved our stay! This house is wonderful for quality family time! It’s just a short walk from many restaurants and things to do. The beach access was nice and private which we really appreciated! There were many nice beach chairs and beach towels which was really nice. The half bath in the downstairs storage area was really handy, no need to get your feet all cleaned up and go upstairs to the bathroom if you were hanging out on the beach! We really loved the spacious house. The bathrooms were super nice. The beds were really comfy. Would definitely stay here again! One thing to just be aware of and careful for is the sand on the beach near the house still had debris and glass in it from the hurricane. You just need to watch where you walk. The hot tub and back patio were destroyed in the hurricane as well. But we totally understand it takes time to get this stuff up and running again. Glad to see the area thriving again! We love Madeira beach!

Beautiful garden and pool at the exact right temperature. This is a very spacious and comfortable apartment on a quiet cul-de-sac. The kitchen has everything you need. Communication with the property manager is easy and pleasant. 5-10 minute drive to beautiful beaches. Plenty of restaurants within 10 minutes. Excellent value for the price! We would happily return in the future.

This was our second time staying at Carol’s place. This is one of the best airbnbs in the area as far as location, and the abundance of beach supplies. The house is stocked full too. No need to worry about running out of anything! I would highly recommend this air bnb to any families traveling to Indian shore!

Spacious and clean! The home is in a quiet neighborhood at the end of the street up against the canal. The kitchen was stocked with most everything we needed. The bedrooms are clean and were stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash which was appreciated. They had a pack and play which was definitely needed for our little toddler. Steve was very communicative and helpful. The home was also stocked with all the beach things you need. Close to awesome restaurants and walkable to the beach. We had an amazing Memorial Day weekend in IRB!

We loved staying here. Walking to all the surrounding restaurants and bars was part of our enjoyment. The home was beautiful and relaxing. Everything we needed was provided and it was very comfortable and inviting. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay that’s near the Ybor area. Thank you for such a great place to stay!!
