Perfect place, safe and private. Lotof things to do around the neighborhood and close to the main area, we like the neighborhood so authentic and full of locals. Jesse is a great person and very helpful!!

Runa and Lee were the most perfect hosts who went above and beyond to look after us, organising tours and pickups and addressing any problems quickly. We did have some issues with noise from the neighbours- being in a narrow alleyway the neighbours were in very close proximity. It was however extremely quiet at night. The only things I would say are - - because it’s in an alleyway it gets very little daylight and concrete walls etc immediately outside the windows. we kept the blinds down all the time. - it potentially sleeps ten but the kitchen isn’t equipped for that many people - and I really didn’t want to say this because they really were the loveliest hosts - the decor does feel a bit tired, a lick of paint and a freshen up of the bathrooms would really help. Lastly - just to be aware - the gym on the top floor gets extremely hot so we couldn’t use it. Aircon elsewhere is great. Still, great location and value for money Thankyou!

Excellent location! We enjoyed our stay at this cute apartment in the heart of the old quarter. The size was perfect for our family of 4! If you are sensitive to noise I might bring some earplugs - it is the old quarter after all - but there is some sort of loudspeaker announcement that goes off every morning at 7am that might disturb some. Other than that the host is wonderful, the TV in the bedroom is a great touch, location is fantastic! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This is one of the most beautifully designed penthouse. Stay was amazing! Such a lovely home and I’m glad we got a chance to stay here. Will recommend this to friends and family travelling to Hanoi! Thank you!

We had a very pleasant stay at Hoa’s apartment in ocean park. Great location with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. There is also a TP bank around the corner that doesn’t charge fees to withdraw money with a monzo card. There is a shopping mall within 35 minute walk and the biggest man made beach in Vietnam. Takes about 45 minutes to drive from the airport. The host is very responsive, polite and helpful. We stayed at Hoa’s place on two separate occasions. The bed is big and comfortable. My only observation would be about the cleaning that could have been better and attention to detail. Also you will hear a lot of beeping from the busy junction on the road but with the windows shut it is bearable. The apartment is beautiful. Overall I would recommend.

Host is nice and easy to reach, She is helpful to reply all the questions. The place is also clean, feel comforable, big TV. Recommend this unit to other users

If you are looking to explore the center of hanoi, this is a great place to stay! so convenient and there was great communication the whole length of our stay!
