We have stayed here before and never disappoints. This place is in a perfect location directly across from a public access to the beach (#18) so just steps away. Gulf views from the upper deck while having your morning coffee. Close to restaurants and plenty to do.

We had a great stay here! Walkable to the beach! Nice heated pool right in our backyard. Easy in & out. Nice house layout. Perfect for 6 people!

Jessica’s home was wonderful. It was updated, decorated very nicely and clean. Tons of instructions and amenities in the kitchen. The house is away from all the condos so the beach was not crazy busy. Would highly recommend!!!

Great location. Easy access to the beach with short walk. Parking right in front of unit so easy loading & unloading.

Beautiful spot! We had the best stay. We even got married out on the beach just outside the home. Our dogs loved the backyard and enjoyed people watching from the balcony. Comfy beds, clean, and the easiest walk to the water without the hassle of waiting for elevators. We will be back!!

Great space! Had everything we needed and was just a short golf cart ride to the beach! Host was extremely responsive, helpful and accommodating!

Everything from start to finish was great. Penne allowed us to stay a night early, was very responsive throughout the whole experience, provided great recommendations for restaurants, and honestly I would give her 5 stars simply because the amount of amenities she provides at her B&B is UNMATCHED (tons of beach supplies from umbrellas to chairs to wagons to toys to boogie boards to fully stocked kitchen, etc). If we’re ever back in PCB, we’ll look to book here again!

We stayed here for a week while in town for a baseball tournament, and this home was absolutely perfect! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed—and more. We realized after arriving that we forgot to pack our wagon, which is essential for hauling gear to the games. To our surprise (and relief!), there was a sturdy, reliable wagon available at the house that saved the day. It’s those thoughtful touches that made this stay stand out. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The resort was quiet and family friendly. Check in was easy and was offered to us at noon because it was ready ahead of time. Location was perfect.. in the heart of many restaurants and activities for the whole family or 20 somethings. I would highly recommend using the golf cart it does make it easier if you have many things to carry.. we brought our own beach chairs so using the cart made it easier. We would definitely stay again when we return next year.

Amazing home! In a great, peaceful neighborhood. Easy access to the main boulevard and even main strip. Inside house was as described and pictured. Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living room were spotless upon arrival! 10/10 would stay again!

Our stay was so relaxing and fun!!! Linara was so responsive and our stay was cozy and peaceful! A great kitchen to cook and make memories in with a cozy living area for us to relax and have a lot of laughs. 10/10 will be going back!

The home was exactly as described, clean and beautifully decorated! Entry into the townhouse was clear and easy and the host and co-host were very responsive with any questions I had throughout our stay. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk and the townhouse has everything you might need for a day at the beach. Restaurants were close to the location of the townhouse and very easy to find. We would absolutely stay here again and have recommended it to several others!

This was our second stay in this beautiful townhouse. There were 9 of us and we were very comfortable. The entire house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Ali was very responsive and amazing to work with. We will definitely be staying again!

We really loved the home! Very clean and close to the beautiful public beaches of Panama City Beach. Nice furniture and dinnerware. Accommodated all 7 of our fur babies and slept all 6 people comfortably, probably could’ve brought an extra person comfortably! Backyard was beautiful and is a very nice view when the sun is setting. The outdoor shower was also a nice touch for rinsing sand off before showering. We will be back next year if this listing is still available!

We had a wonderful time staying at John’s place! Our favorite part was that the listing was pet friendly and that it was in close proximity to public beach access 45. The check-in, rules, and check-out instructions were all concise and easy to follow. We would definitely recommend this property for vacationing as a small family or as two couples! My pup gives it 5 stars for being right off the main strip but also being tucked away in a quiet, low traffic area. She also loved the short drive to the dog beach at pier park.
