Definitely look forward to coming back and would like to stay here specially. Herbert was an AMAZING host. His communication was perfect, he was very helpful. Home was amazing, clean and a very peaceful area. Even as we were leaving the cleaning crew came to clean, we made sure the house was already clean and they laughed because it wasn’t much they needed to do but that’s proof he keeps his place clean with them coming in with all their cleaning supplies ready to clean making the house spotless again for the next people stay. Overall the stay was amazing and Herbert was great definitely will stay here again.

The place was great definitely I will come back, everything is close the beach, the boardwalk and the supermarkets I will definitely recommend and the Host very understandable.

Cozy, clean, comfortable AirBnb, a few blocks from the boardwalk/beach with 2 off-street parking spaces steps from the private entrance. Very well appointed kitchen with lots of glasses - cocktail, wine and water - and plenty of nice dishes, bowls and mugs. We are 2 tea drinkers who really appreciated the electric kettle. There’s also a coffee maker. Ice maker in the freezer is great! Two easy to use smart tv’s add to the great amenities. Comfortable mattresses are a plus as are nice linens and duvets on the 2 queen sized beds. Central AC is super easy to control and it’s quiet! Kleenex in the bedrooms and powder room is a nice touch. So is the liquid hand soap in the bathrooms and kitchen. Great supplies including dish washer pods and laundry detergent. We would definitely book here again when in Asbury Park.

My family had an amazing week at Joe’s place. We go to Brigantine every year but have never stayed on the bay before. The 6 of us ate outside watching the sunset several times and walked to restaurants after watching the sunset with a drink the other nights! We brought kayaks and SUPs and my husband and I started each day with a paddle in the bay. The garage is very convenient for storing them and all our beach stuff. It’s a 3 block walk to the beach and fairly easy for my mom to find parking when she wasn’t up for the walk. We all loved this place and hope to go back again!

This is, by far, the most amazing bnb I’ve ever stayed in. It is in a great location. There were plenty of towels, washcloths, toiletries, extra blankets, etc. The house smelled AMAZING upon entry. The hosts were extremely responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Plenty of kitchen utensils and complimentary drinks. The outside patio was super cute and we sat outside and watched the birds and relaxed. Beds were comfortable and having a ceiling fan in each room was a PLUS. No complaints. Will be booking again soon!

We had a wonderful stay at this house last weekend! The property was immaculately clean when we arrived, which made us feel right at home. It was great that linens and towels were provided, as it saved us from having to bring our own. The appliances were in excellent condition and worked perfectly throughout our stay, making it easy to cook and relax. There was plenty of room, and the layout of the house made it very comfortable for our group. We also loved how convenient it was to walk to the beach – it was just a short stroll away! Overall, this house was a fantastic choice, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Trying to find a place for ten of us, coming in from all over the country, to stay for five days without breaking the bank -- we figured was going to be a ridiculously tall order. But this turned out to be the perfect property for us. Each group had their own comfortable bedroom, the bathrooms were nice and clean, the kitchen was well-stocked with all the amenities we needed to prepare wonderful meals, and there is a little convenience store right across the street for whatever we needed. The price was so low (given that we stayed in the off-season) that we were a little worried about what we were going to be walking in to, but it turned out to be just as clean, charming, and comfortable as we had hoped. A highly-recommended rental!

we enjoyed our stay at Michelle's apartment. it is large and easily accomodated the four of us. There is plenty of hot water for showering, and a char broil brand grill in the rear alley directly off of the kitchen, and a beach cruiser bicycle in the dining room closet were a nice touch. One thing which is my fault is that I misread the listing info and thought that because it came up under my search filter for an entire home, it wouldn't be an apartment unit in a multi-unit building. I should have known that listings with no exterior photos omit them for a specific reason!

Property was brand new and truly a few short steps to the beach. It’s right in the middle of the best shore areas - Bayhead, Point Pleasant, and LBI. Clean, not cluttered and tastefully decorated. Location, location, location is the key to this great property.

This was my first experience with AirBnB and Amanda really set the bar high! I travel for work and i have stayed at dozens of hotels all over the country and this house was cleaner, neater, and friendlier than most high end Hotels I’ve stayed at. Being minutes from the shore and great eats I couldn’t recommend this location more. Definitely contemplating a trip back with the family just to experience it the way it was meant to rather than just work.

This place was absolutely beautiful! Loved everything about it! The open space, the pool, and the off the street parking was outstanding. We so enjoyed the balconies for our early morning coffee and late night views. The eight of us felt right at home. One block from the boardwalk and beach! Jackie is an excellent host and provided/responded promptly to all inquiries. Looking forward to our next stay already! Highly recommend!

This was an amazing weekend stay here : This is bigger than it looks and was so clean and quiet . It felt like I was at home . Definitely recommend if you want to stay outside of the AC area since it’s only a 15 minute drive from there .

We loved our week in Barnegat Light. The house was wonderful and clean. We had 6 adults for several of the days and had plenty of space for all. The front and back decks were fantastic and the fire pit area quite a bonus! The kitchen was well equipped - we like to cook. Also the walking distance to sunset, restaurants and lighthouse was a big plus. oh...and pickle ball courts only two blocks away!

Great place for a family beach vacation. Very responsive host, easy to access rental, close to the beach, and an overall excellent experience!

2nd time staying. Enjoyed our stay. Great house. Cute location. Looking forward to booking again.

We loved our stay at Joann’s place! The townhouse was exactly as described and very well stocked with essential items. Parking was convenient, right in front of the front door. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet and just blocks from the beach. Joann was very easy to reach and proactive in her communication prior to our arrival. While we didn’t have any problems during our stay, I am confident Joann would have been very responsive had anything come up. She clearly wants her guests to have an excellent experience at her townhouse. We will definitely be back in the future!

Nice rental property situated steps away from the ocean. Ideally for 2 - 3 couples or one extended family with kids. Been on Jersey Shore for the first time and we loved it. Thanks Anthony for your hospitality!

We've had such a wonderful time on Thanksgiving weekend! The house looks even better than the pictures: beautifully decorated, everything made with love and care, enough space to comfortably fit 8 people. There were only 5 of us, so we've had a plenty of space! Kids had a blast hanging out in the loft and playing arcade. I wish it was warmer so we could've enjoyed all of the outside spots, cause they were amazing: 4 balconies and patio with comfy firniture, grill, swing chair and everything you could possibly need. Paige was very nice, left clear instructions and recommendations, answered all of my questions very fast.

Absolutely loved staying here for a long weekend with my family and 11 week old miniature pincher/Chihuahua puppy (had to have someone bring a gate for steps so we could put her down lol). Recommend bringing one if you have a tiny dog. Other than that the place is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. Nice waking up right on the bay and being able to sit and enjoy the views. Thank you Krista for the opportunity to stay in your home. We will be booking again!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this beautiful home! Location is awesome. Close to the beach and boardwalk. The townhouse is very large and gave great space for the 5 adults and 3 children staying there. The downstairs is almost like a separate apartment with a bedroom, bathroom, bunk beds with trundle and a living room space. The house had everything we needed. Our favorite part was sitting on the front porch each evening. It’s covered and in the shade most of the day. Highly recommend this house!

Place was very nice clean. It had everything we needed. She didn’t leave anything out. The place was very comfortable. Me and my family really enjoyed it. She was a great host. Absolutely the best. Would love to stay there again.
