Watch the Friday night fireworks from the balcony or driveway! Dog beach on our block for your furry family member. Please inquire about pets during peak season before booking. Single family home on its own lot. Short walk to the beach. Wi-Fi, Cable, Central Air, four beach tags, 3 beach chairs and 1 wagon. Steps from restaurants and from a beautiful playground with basketball courts. The house sleeps 7 thanks to 1 queen size bed, 2 full size beds and 1 twin size bed at the top of the bunk bed. We have also a "Pack and Play" and a high chair. On street parking (parking is never a problem).

Balcony, one parking space - off street, central air, cable TV, full kitchen(microwave etc), washer/dryer and beach tags(4). Family friendly resort. For dates from April 1 thru June 30 renting guest must be 25 or older.

We had a wonderful weekend staying at Ami’s! You couldn’t ask for a better location if you want to be close to the beach. The home was exactly as pictured and we enjoyed the large front porch for our early morning coffee and late night conversations. If we return to Seaside, we would book this home again! Thank you!

Family Home on the Bay, Short Walk to the Ocean!

Peter’s house was beautifully decorated, conveniently located and had all the comforts of home. Not to mention impeccably clean!! A walk up the block brings you right to the heart of Seaside Park for their flea and farmers markets. You can see the weekly fireworks perfectly from either deck. Crabbing is just across the street and the beach a short bike ride. The layout of Peter’s home is perfect for families with young children and can accommodate additional guests with ease. We were pleasantly surprised by the living/dining area which is even better than the pictures show - a great communal spot to come together after a day at the beach (the outdoor shower was another highlight for us). Overall, Peter was a thoughtful and responsive host! We hope to return and make more memories!

We visited LBI during the off-season during a period of showers and fearsome wind. Ricky's house could not have been a better spot. Restaurants and activities we sought were short drives away. (Well, the entire island is a short drive during November.) The home was snug, quiet and welcoming throughout the wild weather. We especially enjoyed the gas fireplace. Panoramic views of the beach and ocean, including Barnegat lighthouse and inlet, are awesome from two floors and outside decks. On a clear night, the sky was spectacular with even the Milky Way visible. The house was clean and well appointed with more equipment in the kitchen than we would ever use. We will gladly return.

Location was just what we were looking for with our small children. Easy walk to the beach and farmers market on Wednesday. We have been to OCNJ most years and this was another enjoyable stay. Having the grill and shaded deck was a very nice perk to the rental as well.

The house was the perfect getaway for my family. The kids had a great time in the bunk room and my mother in law truly enjoyed sitting on one of the many decks and enjoying the view. It was so easy to get to and from the beach, and was also walkable to anything else we wanted to do.

This condo is located in the perfect spot! A very short walk to the beach and the boardwalk. Once we arrived we never had to use our car until we checked out. The pool is a huge plus and we were able to sit on the balcony to see the fireworks. If you're looking for the perfect spot for your family to create some awesome memories this it!!! I highly recommend!
