I really love staying here! The place is perfectly situated in a vibrant market where you can experience the real Vietnam. You can see how the friendly locals live their daily lives and soak in the vibrant culture. It's within walking distance of several restaurants. Plus, there's a really nice coffee shop a stone's throw away. I really enjoy the large outdoor patio where you can view the market below. I often go downstairs and buy fresh fruit and coconuts from the local vendors. I then go up to the patio and sip on a fresh coconut while lying on the hammock. I also love having dinner on the patio during the evenings. There's a magical feel to it. You can even make hotpots and barbecues out there. Plus, the owner is extremely friendly, kind and courteous. She will go out of her way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. She will always do anything possible to make you feel like an honored guest. She's a top-level host. This is a clean, comfortable place with charm.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Duc. Mit den Anweisungen war die Wohnung einfach zu finden. Das Haus etwas ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Wohnung ist aber sehr schön eingerichtet und die Matratze super bequem. Das Bad ist nach oben offen und hat kein Fenster. Was den Lärm des Clubs angeht können wir uns unseren Vorrednern anschließen. Unter der Woche hat man die Musik zwischen 11 pm -3 am gehört. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral, alles kann fußläufig erreicht werden. Der Flughafen ist 45-50 min mit dem Grab entfernt. Wir würden bei einem weiteren Besuch in Saigon wieder hier übernachten 😊

Great value for the price. The apartment is located in a superb location. It is near a quite busy intersection so do not expect peaceful environment ;) The apartment is quite spacious and comfortable. The host were absolutely welcoming and cooperating. Very quick response to our needs. We had few minor technical issues but those were instantly resolved. Great job!

Die Wohnung ist wirklich nur zu empfehlen und eignet sich sehr gut für Familien. Ist sehr praktisch und modern eingerichtet. Naomi ist sehr freundlich und hat all unsere Fragen rasch und klar beantwortet. Anlage ist im Distrikt 1 gut gelegen. Gerne wieder:)

Một địa điểm đáng để quay trở lại. Trang chủ nhà nhiệt tình, chủ động trong việc đón tiếp mình, hướng dẫn chi tiết. Ban đêm ở phòng nhìn khung cảnh bên ngoài thật tuyệt vời. Vị trí cũng trung tâm cho chuyến công tác và tham quan các địa điểm khác của mình. Chuyến đi tuyệt vời!

Central location for food and close to many attractions. Cute home decor and inside cafe apartment. Good for two people. Host was very friendly and responsive.

This place is in a great location for us, walking distance to my old house, old school, markets, night market, and attractions. The decors are interesting with many antiques and collectibles. Certainly bring back memories (would be nice to have a storybook about the decors). Located on second floor, the morning street noises from cars and street vendors are just enough to bring back childhood memories (nights are quite quiet). Overall, not a 5 stars hotel, but a great place for us.

Very good location as you are only a Grab ride away from everything. It was nice to wake up to the sounds of birds but to also be centrally located in such a big city. The space has a very cool vibe and a great layout. Highly recommend.

Right from the booking Thao was communicating as much as possible understanding our arrival time and the needs of our stay. She gave restaurant recommendations , tour recommendations etc… it was really helpful and the stay was great … it was aesthetically and centre to many main attractions of hochiminh city… couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay … a great experience overall …

Tôi đã có một kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời tại ngôi nhà này. Căn nhà rộng rãi sạch và rất có phong cách. Chủ nhà rất thân thiện trả lời nhanh và anh ấy luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ bất kỳ khi nào chúng tôi cần. Đề xuất đến các bạn , căn nhà thực sự đáng tiền!

Words are inadequate to explain how special this space was for our first trip to Vietnam ever. It was a safe, clean, comfortable space for us to rest, especially in the heat and in the late evenings. While located conveniently near Ben Thanh Market, it is away from the highly trafficked tourist areas which allows for more local flavor and interaction. The space is located in a residential alley behind a blue gate. Don't be deterred if you find that uncomfortable as the home is secure and your neighbors are locals who live and work there. There's even a youth center across the way from you. Our group loved everything about the actual space - decorated to resemble 70s era Saigon home. Having a washer/dryer, a full bathroom on each floor and three beds with TVs and AC in all main rooms - you can't do much better. There were a few items that needed repair or replacement of batteries (and they were responsive) but my stay here was full of joy, revelation, and magic. Can't wait to return.

Close to the airport, but would not recommend walking from airport to the studio. This suite is a studio style apartment with a bridge, microwave, hotplate, plates and glasses available. The bathroom was clean and had toiletries available. The studio had a a washing machine Hine in the balcony which was very convenient after traveling for several days. Unfortunately, the bed was a hard to sleep in, so if you're used to a pillow top or a comfortable soft/ medium soft bed you will not like this one. Downtown will be a about 20 to 25 mins via Grab and depending on traffic. Over all a good stay and very nice studio.

Clean rooms, great central location just minutes from Bui Vien and Ben Thanh Market, functional washer and dryer and great views of the city. Hosts were great communicators and very helpful throughout our stay.

Nice location outside of the city hustle and bustle. Very modern clean suite close to a great grocery store and restaurants. Our host was helpful and very quick to respond to our needs. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern bei Sophie. Es war wirklich toll. Wir konnten viel zu Fuß erreichen da das Apartment wirklich zentral liegt und hatten nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt das perfekte Apartment zu entspannen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war super und sie haben immer sofort reagiert bzw. uns geholfen. Besten Dank für Alles! 5 Sterne

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Modern eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Bei Rückfragen wurde umgehend und immer höflich und zuvorkommend geantwortet. Wir waren weit vor Check-In Zeit da und durften dann sogar unsere Koffer bereits vor Check-In sicher abstellen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt und den freundlichen Kontakt!
