Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Long An

It was a nice place to stay. It was nice to have air conditioning and warm water installed in each room and the living room on the 1st and 2nd floors. Thanks to you, I made good memories with my short schedule.

The location is excellent, right next to the Binh City Market in the city center. It's within walking distance to the surrounding attractions, and the structure of the house is very characteristic of Vietnam. The landlord responds promptly and is very easy to communicate with

This place suited my group very well. All bedrooms were comfortable and the house was very clean. It was a little tricky to find the place initially for our group that arrived at different times. The immediate area is residential and a fantastic taste of local life. All the bright lights of the tourist must-sees are a short Grab ride away. Amenities provided at the house were appreciated (incl detergent powder for the washing machine). This is a townhouse and thus there are lots of stairs to be mindful of. I would stay here again.

Big enough room to sleep 10 easily. Full of nostalgia items decorated all over the place yet well maintained and clean. Anh and Le were responsive and provide help whenever asked of. A quiet area yet within 10 mins walk to the Ben Thanh market. Nice coffee place around the area and convenience stall within 5 mins walk as well. Can also walk to Saigon centre within 15 mins. Recommended!

Will totally recommend it to those who are travelling to Ho Chi Minh, they do provide tour services package around the city as well

Great place and friendly host.

Very responsive and helpful host, with helpful explanations and recommendations. We had a little trouble finding the place at first and Thuong was waiting outside, looking out for us. She went out of her way to be helpful. Otherwise it was very easy to get in and out with an automatc pass card (with keycode option). The place was clean, as in the photos, quiet and felt secure - the area I noted was on some of the food tours of the city and is a good place to stay in Ho Chi Minh City.

Cosy place in the villa area. Nice sweetshop and restaurants around, including Japanese, Vietnamese. Pharmacy, supermarket, flowershop, 7/11, Japanese market and nice coffee shops in the walking distance. If you are solo, you will enjoy, if you are a couple yiu can make it romantic dinner at the restaurant or you can prepare romantic breakfast for two in the premises since kitchen is fully equipped. Enjoy

Good place! Nice set up and responsive hosts - would stay again!

Enjoyed our stay here. Great Location, near the metro stop and also near so many cafes, restaurants and shops. Very spacious and comfortable for a family of five, and stylish interior too.

The Host is very nice, the room is very clean and tidy, each bedroom has a private bathroom, very convenient

We had a nice time at the Ben's place. Location was good. A lot of shops and restaurants were around the house. We requested a few things during our stay to Ben. He was very helpful and quickly sort out our requests. We tried Ben's newly opened Restaurant "Farm Kitchen" and it was delicious.

Loved the place. We were a large group of 11 folks and a toddler. The place is far away from the city to feel extremely private, but still close enough that it took 30-45 mins to reach Quan 1 or get any food deliveries. Had a Tennis Court, Karaoke room and what not. The place even had toys for kids

Sang was an amazing host. He was happy to accomodate our requests and was proactive with his communications. We did not feel a need to step out for our daily essentials as it was already provided to us for a minimal fee. The pool was clean and a daily maid would ensure the house is cleaned. Would definitely recommend for a group of friends wanting to spend their time in Ho Chi Minh!

Especially suitable for a single trip, the room is well equipped!

We, a group of four friends, recently stayed at this beautiful townhouse and absolutely loved it. Location :Located just 10–15 minutes from the city center and 20 minutes from Bui Vien Street, with cafes and convenience stores nearby. Host : The host was fantastic fluent in English, responsive, and even recommended a great local Pho spot. She will even go extra mile to help you at critical moment. I left my wallet and she got it couriered !!!! House : The townhouse was spotless, well-maintained, and had plenty of beds. The lift was fast, unlike many other places. The pool, while not fully private, was always empty and enjoyable. There's also a dedicated security guard, and we felt safe even leaving our passports behind when going out. The kitchen is stocked with essentials,perfect for making a simple breakfast. Suggestion :If there’s one thing to improve, maybe add a pool table. Haha. Otherwise, it was just perfect. Would I stay here again? Yes, 200%. Worth every penny !!
