Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in London Borough of Sutton

From the moment we inquired about this home, Rich was outstanding to work with and answered all our questions regarding logistics/transportation, etc. He was quick to respond (even with a 6 hr time difference). His attentiveness continued throughout our entire stay. He genuinely wants his guests to feel at home and have a great time in London. Rich went above and beyond in so many ways to make our visit personal and special. The house is exactly as described and feels like home from the moment you walk in. Rooms are spacious with plenty of closet space. The kitchen is well equipped. The backyard was private, quiet, and peaceful with an inviting hot tub. There are plenty of restaurants/shops very close by, and the Southwestern Rail is only a 10 min walk to the station and a 25 min ride into London Waterloo - We chose the Travel Card Ticket, which allowed us to travel between Zones 1-6 on the rails, tube, or buses . This is truly a great place to stay. We cannot wait to go back!

Joanna's home is in a great location and she was a wonderful host. The property was exactly as shown in the photos and is relatively large by London standards - this is one of the benefits of being a bit further out the city center. Proximity to Richmond Park is a huge plus, particularly if you have a runner or cyclist in your family. Do note the travel time into central London is approximately 45-60 minutes, unless you happen to exactly time walking/bus/train schedules. On the plus side, you're a very short hop to Kew and other areas west of downtown, and a short Uber or Bolt ride to Heathrow. A couple of other HUGE positives - of the four rentals I've had in London, this was by far the quietest and most relaxed location. Restaurants/markets/etc. are all close by and accessible by bus if you're carrying groceries.

What a find! We have just spent 3 blissful nights at The Annexe and totally felt at home from the moment we arrived. The accommodation is exactly as depicted and had everything we needed. It is spotlessly clean (and I am hard to please here!), beautifully presented and extremely comfortable. We appreciated the little extras that Laura provided, all of which were well thought out and extremely handy if you happened to forget something essential. The location is fabulous and a very short walk to the lovely streets brimming with restaurants, coffee shops and cute, small retailers. Links to central London are on the doorstep too, with the rail station a very short walk away. An added bonus is the extremely pretty terrace, again well equipped, very private and beautifully lit at night. Laura and Robert were so warm, helpful and it was a privilege to have met them (and their beautiful, friendly, Golden Retriever). We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our return. Thank you both!

Wow. Staying at Taylour House was like stepping back in time - in the best possible way. The house is steeped in history and beautifully preserved, full of character and charm. It felt like staying in a living museum, but with all the modern comforts thoughtfully in place. Caroline, the host, was absolutely wonderful - friendly, welcoming, and incredibly flexible, which made the whole experience relaxed and easy. The house was spotless, extremely well equipped, and exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Edenbridge, with a great pub directly opposite that serves top-notch Sunday roasts. A rare bonus was having off-street parking for two cars - a real luxury for a town centre property. Taylour House is a gem. Full of history, excellent value, and hosted with genuine warmth - we’d love to come back.

Dinu’s place is exactly as described. It is clean and well kept. The kitchen is well maintained. The place is very close to South Croydon station making the commute easy. All in all a great place. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. From the start Roni was so helpful with clear instructions and information. The fresh bread and other tasty foodstuffs we were provided were a welcome treat and made us feel right at home. The cottage itself is very cosy and we enjoyed spending time together in the warmly decorated living room. We all slept very well as the beds are really very comfortable. The views over the countryside were amazing and you could really feel a sense of the history of the place. We loved our stay at Ide Hill. This was the last Airbnb of a four week trip and it was a highlight for sure. We would absolutely recommend staying at this lovely cottage and experiencing the hospitality that Roni provides.

I book multiple Airbnbs every week for our teams on site and this is hands down the best Airbnb we have ever booked. Tia is the most amazing host, going above and beyond to make sure the guys were comfortable and not inconvenienced by a small issue caused by previous guests. The guys said it was the nicest Airbnb they have stayed in and if we are ever in the area again I will definitely be rebooking!

George and Michelle have such a beautiful space! The little studio is the perfect size and has everything! They are extremely accommodating and communication was super easy! Also only a 5-10 minute walk to the shops and train station so the location is perfect Will definitely be staying here again

Athena's place is well located and easy to catch trains, underground, or buses. All kinds of restaurants within walking distance as are grocery stores. Clapham Common is a great place to people watch on a sunny day..

Lovely studio walking distance to river, coffee shops, local supermarkets. Lovely green to sit and have a drink. Station within 5 minutes walk to London or Windsor (which is 5 minutes on train) easier than parking. 15 minutes to Heathrow. Immaculate and clean

The property is in a very quiet neighborhood, not far from both subways on the front and back black lines, with a number of large supermarkets and convenient stores nearby. The house has a lovely little garden and is very cozy. We had a great stay and also cooked rice and coffee and tried Chris's wine hahaha. Recommended stay.

We had a great stay. Apartment is lovely - courtyard garden a real advantage. Well equipped and very clean on arrival. We had cars and free parking outside at the weekend was a real bonus.

We had an amazing stay in Balham. Nicholas was a great host who quickly responded to any questions, even the annoying touristy ones, and provided very clear instructions. The home is beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. Spending a week in this home was a delight. It is a quick walk from Balham Station, and there are plenty of wonderful restaurants in town. We were only a 20-30 minute underground train ride from everything we wanted to see and do in London. It is absolutely a great place to stay. You will not be disappointed.

James is a host everyone would wish for. He was always very responsive to any requests and he was also very friendly. His apartment had everything we needed and it really felt like home. The double travel cot that was available for my twins was just great as it made sleeping in the room feel like we were just in our own home. The apartment was sparkling on arrival and the kids loved it. Thanks for making our stay worthwhile. It is well appreciated. I highly recommend this place and will definitely consider it again in our next visit.

A lovely apartment with bundles of character in a brilliant location next to Putney Heath. Feels very quiet yet everything close by. The Telegraph pub a short walk away was lovely. Laura was so kind and welcoming and even left out little baby books for us. thank you so much

Dacian was very responsive and extremely helpful. Due to issues with my phone, I wasn’t able to see the messages immediately, but when I did, I truly appreciated them. He checked to see if I was okay and comfortable. There is a reason Dacian is a Superhost, the care he put into the place and the thought given to the appliances really impressed me. Highly recommended and great value. This was a great find. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the London skyline/landmarks and Mark was a great host. We used the buses (10 mins walk to bus stop) and Ubers to get around - both really easy from the apartment. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and clean. There is lots of tech in the apartment which was fun and easy to use. The kitchen is really well equipped and the sofa is very comfortable. very minor note: People who are significantly higher than average height or width may find the rooftop access staircase a challenge. The apartment itself is really spacious.

The place was easy to find and Theresa was very lovely, allowing us to drop our bags off early and letting me know when the place was ready for us, she was really friendly. The place was spotless, clean bedding and pristine bathroom, with lots of spare towels and toilet roll. The beds were comfy and the tv in the bedroom was great, the duvet for both beds smelt lovely and was fresh, definitely a comfortable night sleep. The sofa bed was easy to use since Theresa left the manual out for us, as well as providing all the codes to get in and the wifi password. There was plenty of sugar and tea. The milk and fresh water was a greatly appreciated touch after a long day in London. The journey to central London took a while, but nothing too bad at all. We came back late at night after a concert and the area was so quiet and felt really safe. A 24hrs m&s about a ten minute walk away was really helpful for a late night pit stop. Would definitely recommend!

This place was exactly what we needed. It actually has its own gate into trails that lead into Richmond park. Has a beautiful garden. It was peaceful and quiet. Peter and his lovely wife were very responsive to any of our questions and needs. Would definitely stay here again.

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

Joanne’s place was truly outstanding. Relocating from Australia to the UK was a big transition, and staying here made it feel effortless. The location is ideal. Just a short walk to the train station for easy trips into London, and the neighbourhood felt completely safe, even when walking home at night. The home itself is beautifully designed and incredibly cosy. The shower had excellent water pressure, the kitchen was a joy to cook in, and the afternoon sun pouring through the patio doors was such a highlight. Enjoying a quiet morning coffee out on the patio was a lovely ritual that made it feel like home. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the space was perfect for working from home. Joanne was a dream host. Warm, responsive, and genuinely kind. I couldn’t have asked for a better start to my UK chapter. Highly, highly recommend.
