Patrick has a beautiful house and it was lovely to stay there over the Easter weekend. Almost like our own boutique hotel! So quiet ,while being close to transport links and Walthamstow Village etc very close by. It was very relaxing and the way the house is appointed made it a lovely stay. His house guides were excellent and the kitchen and bathroom were very well appointed.

It was such a lovely home with so much to offer. Our hosts were beyond amazing!!! Such an amazing find. They paid so much attention to every little detail. Staying here was a vacation in and of itself. Local restaurants and shops were wonderful and we always felt safe.

'Exactly what it says on the tin'. When my family of 3 generations (aged 5 - 95) 6 adults, 2 children arrived we felt that we already knew the property, so accurate were the descriptions and the photographs that Jubed has supplied. Communication since booking (a year in advance) has been excellent, friendly courteous and comprehensive. A wonderful 3 night stay. I would highly recommend this property. Quiet neighbourhood and yet easily accessible to Central London.

The house was great – well equipped and in a great location. I especially recommend it for families with children, as there's plenty to do in the garden. Eleonor is a wonderful host who takes great care of everything. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it to others!

We booked the house just 2 days before our arrival, so everything was quite last minute but Claire was incredibly flexible, easy to communicate with and super fast with her replies! The house was lovely, exactly as per the photos, and perfect size for myself, my hubby and our 6 year old! The kitchen has everything we needed, the towels were lovely and fluffy, the bed was super comfy and the house was warm. Claire has all the things to make it a home from home without too much clutter… it was great to have some shower gel and washing powder so we didn’t have to bring/buy those things and wardrobes and drawers were empty so we could properly unpack. The area is great, short walk (up hill) to Highgate, with lots of lovely cafes and pubs and the nearby Highgate woods and playground for kids. Perfect stay, would absolutely stay again. What a great find, set away from a busy road so very quiet on a night, the home is brilliant, clean and has everything you would need, we stopped for 2 nights and everything was so smooth, we had a slight problem with the toilet while staying here but the landlord sorted it so quickly with great communication and was no disruption to the stay, great value for money and would certainly use again, thank you for having us

We came as a group of 7 and stayed 3 nights in the Airbnb. The cleanliness of the accommodation was impeccable and we lacked absolutely nothing. Our host was particularly kind and available to answer our questions. The proximity to Wood Green station was also a real plus. If you're looking to spend a few days in London, look no further - you've just found your accommodation!

We had a wonderful stay at Jennie's place! There was plenty of space for the three of us, with two in the bedroom and one on the (very comfortable) sofa bed. All essentials provided and clear communications with the host. Exceeded expectations. Jennie's place is beautifully appointed and is very convenient for getting into London. Regular buses directly to Trafalgar Square (for the West End), 25-minute walk to Kings Cross, and a tube station right on the doorstep! Overall, we had a fabulous stay and would gladly stay in Jennie's flat again. 😃

Great space and very cozy, lots of plants and had really fresh air quality. Ozgul was great and instructions were easy for getting in. Would stay again.

The stay at Sinead’s place was great, we felt at home in her home from the very first moment. Everything you need for an enjoyable holiday was there. We would love to come back anytime.

Great location to access by car and 30mins from centre of London on the tube. Quiet are of Lindon by night. We will hopefully be back again when visiting London. Great communication. Access to properly early on day 1 was given to drop in bags etc before going into London. Great find. Thankyou.

My second time staying here. Lots of space, great backyard, comfortable bed, nice interior design. Pretty easy to get into the city.

Had a great stay in a wonderful flat in a delightful area! The nearby high street is charming, and there are two tube stations within walking distance, which is very handy. The flat was exceptionally clean, with a fantastic modern kitchen, a beautiful bathroom, and a very comfy bedroom, with all the amenities one could ask for. Both the hosts were responsive and helpful, and I would love to stay again!

Very good host, checked in with us to make sure everything was okay and was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. The place was very clean and comfy perfect for what we needed.

Nice little flat in a great location

Gabriela’s flat was light and well-designed with nice views of the canal. Everything was straightforward and it was easy to feel at home. Would recommend.

The apartment is exactly as described and looks like the pics. It's well-equipped and is excellent value for money. It's in a secure building and close to shops, restaurants etc. The terrace is lovely and super peaceful, so it really does feel like you're away from the bustle of city life.

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

Sharon’s place is adorable - a lovely English flat, outside of the hustle and bustle of London, in a residential neighborhood. My favorite part of her place is her back yard - it’s like a slice of garden heaven in the middle of town. A pond, beautiful flowers; it was lovely just sitting out in her yard taking in the sun (when it wasn’t raining ;)). Entertained daily by magpies and foxes. This flat is just for one person as there is only a twin bed, but her flat is roomy and the kitchen can’t be beat! Sharon was a great communicator and checked in to make sure I was doing okay and was always responsive if I needed anything. Great place to unwind after being on the road. Thank you, Sharon!

Sid’s place was great! The place was clean, equipped and very comfortable. Sid answered our questions quickly and the space is well located near the town centre. We indulged in fresh croissants daily for breakfast from Eat17 and enjoyed a few of the restaurants in the centre. We look forward to staying there again when we visit the next time.

We chanced upon Rebecca and Lee’s place at the very last minute but what a lovely find it turned out to be. They were both really kind and welcoming, and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was a delightful one, even though we booked at extremely short notice. We had such an enjoyable time in the house, and especially loved the living room with its dreamy fairy lights and little extras that make the place feel like a home away from home. It’s even more charming than pictured and we’re really glad to have been able to spend New Year’s in such a tranquil and meditative space. Thanks for having us, Lee and Rebecca :)

We really enjoyed our stay. The flat is very large and had everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked and the neighborhood has so many wonderful stores (produce, fish, butcher, bakeries) which made cooking more fun. We love the location. A quiet neighborhood with no shortage of incredible restaurants and cafes, and easy to get to other parts of the city on the bus and the overground. We enjoyed walking around nearby Clissold Park. This place is a true gem!
