Great location, close to the Barnehurst station, local pub and grocery store. sun room and outdoor space was a bonus.

Qandeel was incredible! A very last minute cancellation meant I was desperate to find a replacement property in time for a birthday weekend, and she went above and beyond to ensure I was 1. able to make the reservation (there were technical issues on AirBnB's end) and 2. have everything accommodated for once I arrived at the house. Qandeel's property was exquisite and the perfect venue to host a dinner, plus close enough to central London so that everyone could attend. The house was so tastefully decorated and so incredibly spacious which meant everyone had their own haven to retreat to. The house is just next to a large supermarket and very close to the train station which made everything so easy. The kitchen was extremely well stocked which meant even little things like sellotape I didn't need to go and buy. Thank you for the best weekend!

we stayed in ten people from Petra for three nights and everything was perfect,she was very kind, friendly and always available, for example, I couldn't find blankets and she arrived with us in three minutes and helped us if I had to recommend a place for a group of many people. Simply outstanding! The house is cozy with quality fittings, bed and linen. Fully equipped for all your needs, with off street parking, which is a true bonus in the area. Impeccably clean, thoughtfully decorated. What really made our stay remarkable is our host, Natalia! Seamless communication and clear instructions were just a start! Her hosting truly shined when not only allowed but encouraged us to have our family over for a drink and dinner and fully enjoy what the house and garden have got to offer. I also managed to accidentally lock my entire family out of the house (door locks shut when closed). Natalia sent someone to our rescue who arrived in less than 10 minutes! On Easter weekend! Natalia really went above and beyond to make sure our stay is true home from home experience! Thank you, Natalia!!!

Linda is a great host. She responds to messages quickly and her home is clean, comfortable, welcoming and beautiful. The property is great. A home away from home. The property had equipment for babies and toddlers which meant I didn’t have to travel with lots of stuff. Linda checked we were happy and was available if we needed support. It came across that she really cared about our stay.

Very well decorated house with a spirit. Felt right at home. Great sound system and London view too. Without a doubt a top airbnb experience and offers great value. Calypso was super friendly and helpful. It’s very hard to think of a downside for the place and i’d only sit this one out if i had a past bad earthquake experience because the flat occasionally shakes. Thanks Calypso

We enjoyed the apartment thoroughly, very central location. Easy access to supermarkets and convenience stores. Stations were a stone throw away. Very well laid out and very private.

Excellent location for O2 events and site seeing in London. The location was not busy, quiet day and night, with a light city buzz of traffic and trains in the background. It felt very safe and secure. Flat was clean, tidy, and everything you'd expect it to be and more. Hosts were lovely and very accomadating. If you are driving in there is a bonus of free secure parking nearby, so do check with the host for availability before booking your own. Plenty of transport options also, DLR (Royal Victoria), Underground (Canning Town), IFS Cable Car over Thames, and Uber Clipper boats. If you do need to be other side of river e.g. O2, getting an Uber Clipper Boat, North Greenwich underground, would recommend the Cable Car there is 10 one-way journeys for £17 per person. If you're looking for a few nights in London, I would definitely recommend this.

Had a lovely stay from beginning to end. Janet was there to greet us and show us round. The home is spotless and has everything you need. Beautiful little garden area at the front that has the sun in the mornings. Short walk into Gravesend for restaurants. When I come back to Kent to catch up with friends I shall definitely stay again.

It is just 7-10 mins walk to the tube and overground train stations. Lots of places to dine and fresh, tasty coffee spots. Very lovely neighborhood. Thank you again!

Cosy apartment in quiet area. A bit far from the center and metro was not operating always through Warthamstow. Value for money apartment with good amenities.

Bibi was an excellent attentive host who was fantastic at responding fast to any questions and gave us lots of good bud info. After a truly wonderful Pulp gig at the O2 this roomy flat was such a perfect place to crash after all the dancing! We really loved the apartment so relaxing clean and spacious and thanks for the chocolates and fruit :) Good base to discover wider fascinating Greenwich too if you are okay to walk 10/15mins to the bus stop that connects to North Greenwich tube. . Great location and perfect accommodations for our 2 night stay. Easy to walk to pubs and restaurants and shopping nearby. Parking available at the house was key for us.

Highly recommended and great value. This was a great find. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the London skyline/landmarks and Mark was a great host. We used the buses (10 mins walk to bus stop) and Ubers to get around - both really easy from the apartment. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and clean. There is lots of tech in the apartment which was fun and easy to use. The kitchen is really well equipped and the sofa is very comfortable. very minor note: People who are significantly higher than average height or width may find the rooftop access staircase a challenge. The apartment itself is really spacious.

I stayed at Boobo London yesterday and had a fantastic experience. The place was lovely, clean, and exactly as described. It was also very easy to find, which made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. One of the best features was the convenient parking located directly beneath the apartment complex, which made arriving and leaving hassle-free. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout my stay, always quick to answer any questions and making sure everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend Boobo London to anyone looking for comfortable, well-located accommodation with excellent support from the host.
