Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in London Borough of Barnet

Amanda was a great host, she was very responsive and polite, and even allowed us to have a late checkout without any issue. The property was fantastic, we had a great time here. The fact that we had access to free private parking was a huge bonus as being in London it’s not easy to leave your car somewhere that won’t charge you. The property itself was nice and cozy, really clean and came with all the amenities listed, we really enjoyed it here. It’s a really quiet area too and the only things you’ll really be able to hear is just the trees rustling in the wind, and the birds chirping :) A couple of small issues we’ve already discussed with Amanda and hopefully these changes can be addressed in the future!

I stayed at Sinta's house in London, with my partner and two kids (5 and 8). We really enjoyed the place, it was as described, well prepared and cleaned. The house had everything we needed even toys for the kids! Sinta was very welcoming, friendly, and easy to contact. The location was fab, with supermarkets and restaurants only round the corner. The tube station was only 7 minutes walk and with regular trains to central London. We felt like home. I strongly recommend it.

Travelled down as family of 12 for London Marathon weekend. The place was everything we wanted and more. It really has a ‘home from home’ feel and you immediately felt comfortable due to the numerous little touches the hosts have gone to. We stayed 3 nights and could have stayed longer…. Only minor feedback is the stairs to top floor is little difficult for the older members or those struggling after long run!! 🥵😂 When we are next this way, we will definitely look to book again. The perfect spot for a football match at Wembley stadium - 5-10 minutes walk to Stanmore station for the jubilee line. the hosts were very helpful, accommodating and responsive. we were checked in and shown around personally. spacious place with everything needed for a quick break

It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, but still just a quick and easy train ride into London. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches and the warm hospitality. We booked the house just 2 days before our arrival, so everything was quite last minute but Claire was incredibly flexible, easy to communicate with and super fast with her replies! The house was lovely, exactly as per the photos, and perfect size for myself, my hubby and our 6 year old! The kitchen has everything we needed, the towels were lovely and fluffy, the bed was super comfy and the house was warm. Claire has all the things to make it a home from home without too much clutter… it was great to have some shower gel and washing powder so we didn’t have to bring/buy those things and wardrobes and drawers were empty so we could properly unpack. The area is great, short walk (up hill) to Highgate, with lots of lovely cafes and pubs and the nearby Highgate woods and playground for kids. Perfect stay, would absolutely stay again. Full accommodation, very spacious and comfortable, ideal for 9 people or up to 10, although it is a residence with years of age it is well remodeled inside, the quiet neighborhood very close to tube station, 40 minutes from the tourist center of London. Disadvantages a slight smell of humidity and the hot water did not reach but was solved by arranging with the shower. Communication with Nati was very good and always attentive. Conclusion, highly recommended!

An absolute delight - perhaps our best Airbnb experience ever. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. Without a doubt would stay here again next time we’re in London.

Lovely studio walking distance to river, coffee shops, local supermarkets. Lovely green to sit and have a drink. Station within 5 minutes walk to London or Windsor (which is 5 minutes on train) easier than parking. 15 minutes to Heathrow. Immaculate and clean

We had a wonderful stay! Jon’s place is beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet, and feels very safe. We absolutely loved it! Jon was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and helpful throughout our visit. He truly made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

Kamila’s place was a tranquil spot for us, a family of 2 adults and 3 children (9-13). The flat was well-equipped and all the little details were lovely eg full set of cutlery and cookware, more than enough towels for everyone and tastefully decorated, hangers etc. The master room had no windows but a fan was provided. The spacious toilet was lovely and you get a bathtub w a shower and another shower area. Location is walkable to Neasden, which takes you right to central London within 30 mins or so. There are shops walkable tho we got Uber Eats most of the time when eating in, and deliveries were quick. Do note that this is a flat within a private garden so the main home in front has access to the garden as well, but Kamila and family gave us great privacy all the time. We also got a free parking space, which was lovely. All in all a fantastic and peaceful stay, and our family loved it so much. Thanks, Kamila!

Beautiful flat, exactly as described. MT was very responsive. I arrived fairly late and was greeted and welcomed without issue. The flat was spotless and well equipped. Lots of great restaurants and shops in the area and convenient to get into central London.

Great stay at Alta’s. Easy 10 min walk to the tube. We chose to stay here rather than central London for an event at Tottenham stadium - best decision as we beat the queues!

Great location and perfect accommodations for our 2 night stay. Easy to walk to pubs and restaurants and shopping nearby. Parking available at the house was key for us.

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

Sharon’s place is adorable - a lovely English flat, outside of the hustle and bustle of London, in a residential neighborhood. My favorite part of her place is her back yard - it’s like a slice of garden heaven in the middle of town. A pond, beautiful flowers; it was lovely just sitting out in her yard taking in the sun (when it wasn’t raining ;)). Entertained daily by magpies and foxes. This flat is just for one person as there is only a twin bed, but her flat is roomy and the kitchen can’t be beat! Sharon was a great communicator and checked in to make sure I was doing okay and was always responsive if I needed anything. Great place to unwind after being on the road. Thank you, Sharon!

Stunning property with a beautiful backyard with grass. Great location with plenty of walking option. Right next to the heath (0.4miles).Multiple grocery stores nearby. Hampstead underground has the northern line that we used to go to central areas. Very friendly host who went above and beyond to welcome us. Some special touches like the welcome package and wine were highly admirable. We had a very enjoyable holiday with our two dogs. We will certainly stay again if we have the opportunity! We chanced upon Rebecca and Lee’s place at the very last minute but what a lovely find it turned out to be. They were both really kind and welcoming, and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was a delightful one, even though we booked at extremely short notice. We had such an enjoyable time in the house, and especially loved the living room with its dreamy fairy lights and little extras that make the place feel like a home away from home. It’s even more charming than pictured and we’re really glad to have been able to spend New Year’s in such a tranquil and meditative space. Thanks for having us, Lee and Rebecca :)

Paul was such a wonderful host, always responsive and really great generally. The property was aesthetically pleasing, in a great neighbourhood and walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants . 10/10 recommended
