Vacation rentals with a balcony in Lombardy

Abbiamo soggiornato in tre nell'appartamento, l'abbiamo trovato comodo e pulito. Un ampio parcheggio ci ha permesso di arrivare sotto casa e di spostarsi in macchina senza preoccuparsi di non riuscire a ritrovare parcheggio. Per qualsiasi esigenza Nicola è sempre stato molto disponibile. lo consiglio vivamente!

Great stay! Host was extremely welcoming, greeting us with a local pastry. Very quick and easy check in. Clean house with good kitchen amenities. Quiet neighbourhood, very close to Lake Como with goof views of the surrounding mountains.

Amazing apartment in Bellano, only 5 minutes walk from the train station. It has a stunning view and the furniture is really nice. I also enjoyed the kitchen. It is a bit annoying getting to Varenna, but the train is nearby and the ferry too. Bellano is just a way smaller and quieter town without the tourists so keep this in mind when booking. Prices were cheaper in Bellano compared to other places on the lake which was nice. And there are supermarkets nearby too. It can just be a bit difficult to travel to Varenna, but if you’re organised it will be no problem, as the train only takes 5 minutes. Would definitely stay here again :))

We had a nice stay in Silvestro's flat during Milan Design Week. We appreciated the great location—everything was easily accessible, including some really good gelato places. The apartment was nice, with a cozy balcony in a quiet residential area.

Ich habe mich von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine sehr sicher und ruhig gelegene Wohnung mit viel Licht und zentral in Navigli gelegen. Es gab sogar eine kleine Kaffeemaschiene. Das Bett ist schön groß und man konnte super gut schlafen. Ich habe keine Kritikpunkte. Ich würde die Wohnung wieder buchen und möchte mich bei Claudia bedanken.

Uns hat es dort sehr gut gefallen 👍🏻☺️ ich würde wieder kommen. Sehr nette Gastgeberin und eine sehr ruhige Lage. Das Haus war total sauber. Man hat sich wie Zuhause gefühlt.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit am schönen Comer See. Herr Pedrazzani hat uns freundlich empfangen und war jederzeit für Fragen und Tipps zu sprechen. Vielen Dank dafür! Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und der große Balkon zum See ist phantastisch. Leider konnten wir wegen des Wetters nicht oft draußen sitzen – wie toll muss es dort erst im Sommer sein. Pianello ist ein beschaulicher, kleiner Ort und bietet dennoch gute Restaurants, Ausgehmöglichkeiten und sogar einen kleinen Supermarkt in Laufweite der Unterkunft. Vor Allem in der Bar Sport haben wir gerne unser Frühstück und unseren Aperitif genossen. Viele der schönen Orte am Comer See sind von hier gut zu erreichen. Besonders schön ist die Anreise mit den Linienschiffen, auch wenn man etwas Zeit mitbringen muss. Der Anleger ist jedenfalls bequem und schnell von der Unterkunft aus zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

L'unica cosa negativa è stata andarsene! Abbiamo soggiornato in questo residence per 2 settimane e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'appartamento molto accogliente e spazioso, la posizione ottima in mezzo alla natura e vicina al lago. In particolare abbiamo apprezzato le aree esterne: piscina, un'area comune con un dondolo, tavoli e sedie, la presenza del pub. È stato un soggiorno perfetto, vorremmo tornarci presto!

This is my second time staying with Wendy and it definitely won’t be my last! Wendy is a wonderful host, bubbly, friendly and responsive. The room is clean and cosy, with a stunning view, exactly like the pictures. The area has a few lovely restaurants, a bakery, a bar and connections to all of the popular Lake Como towns for day trips. I really cannot fault Wendy’s place. I can’t wait to come back next year!!

Schönes Ferienhaus in den Weinbergen. Die Begrüßung durch die Gastgeber war sehr nett und sie waren immer sehr hilfsbereit. Den Pool hatten wir oft für uns alleine.

Das Chalet Anna in Grosotto bietet eine perfekte Kombination aus Komfort, Stil und Naturerlebnis. Ob für einen Familienurlaub, einen Aufenthalt mit Freunden oder eine Auszeit – diese Unterkunft verspricht eine unvergessliche Zeit in den italienischen Alpen.

Schöne, saubere Unterkunft mit tollem Blick auf den Comer See. Ideal um von hier aus den See zu erkunden. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, da in Sala Comacina selbst nur eine eingeschränkte Anzahl an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Stränden und Restaurants besteht. In der Umgebung befinden sich jedoch viele kleinere und größere Ortschaften, die zum erkunden einladen. Wenn man Langschläfer ist, sollte man jedoch den Glockenturm beachten, der bereits früh morgens ca. 7 Uhr mit seinem Glockenspiel startet. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Sala Comacina und haben es sehr genossen von der Wohnung aus den See zu erkunden!

Le logement est vraiment magnifique et paisible. possibilité de rejoindre le lac à pied. malheureusement, nous n'avons pas pu tester car j'ai une botte au pied et la météo n'était point à éviter nous! Le logement est grand il y a des livres et jeux en Italien. Il y a tout pour cuisiner et même les linges/éponge et priduuts pour faire la vaisselle. Nous y étions 4 adultes et 1 enfant. Nickel! Surtout pour l'enfant, la salle de bain est en bas avec la chambre à deux lits simples juste à côté donc sécurisé. Vraiment top, pour notre prochain séjour dans la région, nous reviendrons !

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist sehr geräumig. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist phänomenal. Die Kommunilation mit Alessandra war sehr gut. Sie hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Sehr praktisch die Parkmöglichkeit in der der privaten Garage. Die Garage ist nicht groß, war aber für unseren 3er BMW ausreichend. Luino ist als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung am Ostufer des Lago Maggiore hervorragend geeignet. Die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank.

Outstanding location and hosts, we felt right at home, the only downside was that we couldn’t stay longer since it is a very looked after location, it is an amazing and very large home, beautiful full of nature all around, on the main road and very close to town. Thank you. Interhome was also very attentive and responsive

This is a lovely home just outside of the old city. Very walkable. I would recommend looking for food where most people are speaking Italian, otherwise we loved Verona and had an amazing stay.

Helena was an amazing host—so warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. The room was spacious and spotless, making it a perfect place to relax. Helena went above and beyond by offering great recommendations for local sights and some fantastic Italian restaurants. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality, Helena! Guiseppe's is a perfect base for exploring Milan in a quiet location. The apartment itself is clean and very spacious and our stay was fabulous.

Great cozy place for our family to stay. We specially loved all the toys there are for the kids. Susana was very nice, responsive and super helpful not only with the acoomodation, but also with taxis and activities. The apartment is located near the railway station, this made a day trip to Como very convenient, but to get to the historic centre of Milan, you will have to take a tram or a metro (both are very close). Overall good experience and good value.

Really great hosts that are so responsive and kind. such a spacious apartment that has easy access to anything. If anything this place is undersold, highly recommend and will use this place anytime we are in Milan.

The accommodation was beautiful and very clean. The communication went smoothly and they responded quickly. It was easy to find a they had a parking spot on the property for us.

This is probably the BEST AirBnB place I have ever stayed in anywhere in the world. The apartment was so beautiful, clean, tidy, and comfortable. It is very close to a Metro station which is very handy. I arrived very late (midnight) but Giuseppe made the necessary arrangements for me to check-in easily without any problem. Strongly recommended!
