Everything was great. Benjamin is very friendly and responds very quickly, he is available for anything. It's worth it for the price you pay, the amenities of the place are very good, heated pool and the jacuzzi at a perfect temperature. The apartment has a tub in the bathroom. Overall it's a 10 for me and I would definitely come back. I highly recommend it.

Excellent location! Easy access to roads, close to everything you need. The place is very nice, exactly as shown in the photos and very spacious. Arturo was attentive at all times and helped me when I needed directions. The parking lot is a little small, consider this if you have vans or very long cars and the rooms in the back can transmit some noise because there is a large light well in that area. Recommended one hundred percent! We'll be back soon!

A comfortable and clean place. It's outside downtown León, but you can easily get around by car. We felt safe at all times and very close to the subdivision there are shops, greengrocers, a cafeteria, pharmacies, etc. Quiet and peaceful to rest.

Excellent place, the hosts treat you like a king. The amenities are of super quality. I have the Impression that they offer you what they would use themselves. For example, the quality of the linens and towels, the shampoo and first-class amenities. From the moment you arrive, there is ice in the freezer and the kitchen is super-equipped, and we even found olive oil. A very nice and well-kept house

This is a lovely apartment that the owners clearly take great pride in. The furnishings are comfortable and high quality including the bedding and linens. The wifi is strong with a router both downstairs by the tv and upstairs in the 3rd bedroom/terrace area. The fridge is full sized and there is a hot plate for cooking and pots and dishes for your use. The owners Monica and Samuel are delightful and very informative even though our Spanish isn't great. The views are spectacular from this hillside apartment. Like many places in Guanajuato you should expect a lot of climbing either stairs or ramps/inclines on the sidewalks. It's about a 10 minute walk to the funicular that takes you down to the historic center. The apartment is in a residential area without a lot of stores or restaurants close. We were surprised by how loud the wind was at night. I highly recommend this apartment.

Excellent service, Erika surpassed assisting us in every way! We stayed in the Villa and it’s super spacious, and really nice. At night there is such a beautiful view to the city. The town is only a 10 min drive and the staff can coordinate rides into town. (Only $5) honestly the town gets pretty loud with the musical festivities so Casa Estrellas location is ideal so you can relax when you’re not in town. Definitely recommend, and would return.

I loved the place. The loft has incredible details that made a big difference for us; for example, the towels, blankets and sheets of super quality that makes you feel at home. The details of the lighting, it has light in the hallway, in the bathroom, small lamps at the head of the bed, excellent for every need for a day of rest. Light connections everywhere, with a USB input for phones. The pool is delightful, with warm water and an excellent whirlpool. We left the car outside the loft and had no problems, even though the neighborhood is not very busy. I'm looking forward to returning!

The house is very good, Agusto and the house is very nice, just a few problems with parking both check-in and check-out since the parking space assigned to the room is not respected
