Beautiful top floor condo with access to the beach and two pools. Has full living room, kitchen equipped with basic cookware and dishes, a master bedroom with private bath, second bedroom with full bath just outside the door. There are two balconies on each side of the main living area, perfect for morning coffee or evening conversation. And to top it all, there is a private rooftop lounge and observation deck with ocean views to one side and views of El Yunque rain forest on the other.

The complex is designed for the enjoy of the whole family. Beach and grounds are quiet and peaceful but close to water sport activities, bars and restaurants. The complex have 5 pools, a water slide and a water park a lazy river, 2 hot tub, tennis court, basketball court, sand volleyball, mini golf and playgrounds for the little ones.

Perfect private stay for 1-2 people. Enjoy the beautiful blue container surround by fruit trees on a private lot of land. You will have all the amenities you would need. About 500ft away is a gorgeous resort-maintained beach. The enclosed lot can be secured and there is always plenty of street parking. You will find mango, mini-banana, breadfruit, lemon, acerola, passion fruit and papaya plants. If you come during the right season, you are more than welcome to pick from them.
