Beachfront vacation rentals in Loíza

Habacuc was very responsive about the whole process, even when we were there. We had a couple of questions and he answered them in a very timely manner and filled the air in the balls as requested. We felt the description and pictures of the place and the resort were very accurate. I even thought the space was nicer than depicted in pictures. The kitchen was well stocked and we never needed anything major for general cooking and cleaning.

beautiful spot. being on the lake was so nice and the place has so much to offer. Carlos had great communication when i had any questions or if he needed to notify me of anything. i would advise bug spray because being near the water you will get bit more. he did provide a citronella candle for use. i loved the stay and would stay again. it was so peaceful to lay in the hammock or go out in the kayak or sit in the jacuzzi so many options. double sided locks took some getting used too but did not affect the trip. i would return my next pr trip. you won’t be disappointed staying here.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Celebrated our friends bachelor party and it provided plenty of space as well as plenty of areas to hang out. The pool is also a really great addition. She was an absolutely wonderful host and extremely attentive 10 out of 10. What a great time!

The property was fabulous, we had a quick walk to the private beach, a quick walk to the hot tub, a quick walk to the heated pool. We really enjoyed the roof top at night. The air conditioning in all the bedrooms was wonderful. We stopped at the Walmart about 20 minutes away and stocked the refrigerator and bought items for laundry. We will plan on staying at this property again. The miniature golf needs work but that is a property issue. The basketball court was fun, and the big water slide come on every Saturday and Sunday. We are thankful for the memories made at Aquatika.

Completed another stay at the nautical dream house (lower floor). For anyone looking for lagoon access and amazing food (just down the street from multiple food options in Los Pinones), then this is the place to stay. Zulma was super communicative, and responded quickly to every question we had. The kayak at the location made nice morning and evening paddles around the lagoon a regular occurrence during our stay. It is a much more authentic Puerto Rico feel than staying in other places like Condado or Isla Verde, and the food is by far superior to those locations. Plus, you avoid the traffic in San Juan when headed to destinations like Fajardo or El Yunque. Will be back to stay again for sure!

Eduardo's place was perfect for us! The instructions were clear and easy to follow, making self-check-in a breeze. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. Best of all, having a pool and the ocean just steps away made our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, we were just a short drive from El Yunque Rainforest, stunning beaches, Luquillo and its famous restaurant strip, and even Old San Juan. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Edwin is the ultimate host. The condo was filled with countless details to make us welcome and cared for. I've never seen a place that had this level of detail with what was provided. We cooked almost all our meals there and the kitchen had everything we needed, with really nice appliances (including a blender, a Nespresso machine and a frother!). There were so many toiletries, a first aid kit, a campstove(!)...just so much thought into every detail. There were eight of us (max capacity) and while we all slept comfortably, the condo itself is pretty small and I wouldn't do that number again. There were also a lot of mosquitos in the outside porch/lanai area that would sneak inside. The grounds of Aquatika are lovely and well maintained. The lazy river was under renovation, which was disappointing and only one of the hot tubs is actually warm, but the onsite beach is lovely (lots of shade and so peaceful), the water slide was a kid favorite (open on weekends) and overall it was amazing!

Don't hesitate to book, this place was pure paradise! The place was very secure, Ammenities were fantastic!

Rafael’s place was a very quiet and peaceful stay. All you hear is the ocean nearby which we loved. I would definitely recommend renting a car since you can’t really walk anywhere nearby. The bed was comfortable and the place was nice it matched the pictures. This Airbnb is not located in a touristy area so it was a big change for us coming from another Airbnb in Isla verde. Overall I would recommend this place for a more private stay in PR.

Couldn't have been more surprised and excited about the amazing beach just steps away. It was gorgeous, quiet, and private. The beach was so clean and the water was gorgeous. Loved that it wasn't touristy. Didn't want to leave!!!

The entire family enjoyed our week at Jeanette’s beautiful condo! The private beach and pool were unbeatable, and we loved the rooftop terrace, hammock, and ocean view. The kids especially appreciated the Ms. Pac-Man game and karaoke machine. The condo had everything we needed for a wonderful week and was a great base from which to explore Puerto Rico!

Maribel’s place was the perfect stay for my family. We were provided with clear instructions for check in, given local recommendations and always had a quick response when we had a question. The unit was clean. Having beach chairs, and a wagon to bring our belongings down to the beach was very convenient. The resort grounds were lovely, lush and had lots to do for my 2 young kids. It was more of a secluded area but great for families and had security presence to enter the property. Restaurants in the area are only open Friday-Sunday so a car rental and/or purchasing groceries is key. Our only complaint was that there was not a BBQ present as shown in the pictures and we were told this was due to fire department regulations. However, many people had them on their balconies. Otherwise we would recommend this place to those staying in the Loiza area :)

We really enjoyed our time there. We stayed a week and had four older teenagers with us. Having the second living room was very helpful. Much of the week it was quiet. Never an issue getting a lounge chair at the pool. The beach was very private and calm for morning walks. We rented a car and ventured to Luquillo and Rio Grande for dinner. We did a snorkeling boat trip in Fajardo. Everything was 20-40 minutes away (dependent on traffic) but the drive was more than doable. Walmart was close for groceries and supplies. We had no issues with our stay and would go back again!

Great place to stay. Very quiet neighborhood. Everything was exactly as described or shown in the pictures. Clean and comfortable. The short walk to the beach and to both pools were used several times during our stay. We enjoyed the walk in the evenings with the breeze coming off of the ocean. We highly recommend this place.

Was very satisfied with the stay and all the extra gear for the beach like the chairs,cooler ,etc that she had provided for the guests to use. Everything was clean and well presentable. The property itself was beautiful and the pools were nice. The hosts were both very responsive and helpful and pleasant to chat with. Definitely would come back and stay again !! :) we did not get to enjoy the lazy river due to it being under construction but maybe another time when we come back we will!

Luis was a great host. He was very responsive. The condo was perfect for our family. The pool is just steps from the backdoor. You also have access to a beautiful beach just a block from the patio. Neighbors were all very friendly and kind. Highly recommend this location for families and remote workers looking for a quite spot. Can't say enough good things about the location and host.

We stayed for 3-weeks. There were 5 adults and one 3-year-old. It was comfortable and we had plenty of space. There were many nice extras such as beach toys, beach chairs, and more. The hosts were very responsive. The view from the rooftop terrace was breathtaking. The pool is easily accessible from the condo and has a wading pool section; our grandson really enjoyed it. The shaded beach was also pleasant. We spent some days lounging at the pool, other days at the beach and took some day trips exploring Puerto Rico. I highly recommend Idania’s place.

This is our second time staying at this home. It’s perfect for our family of 5. The kids would live at the pool if they could and always made friends. It was a central location to drive around and have a true authentic experience!

Ana’s place was absolutely beautiful and super clean! I want to say the beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever laid on. Wow. The pool being open until 1am was definitely a plus. We would spend the day exploring the island and evenings in the pool. I will most definitely return to her place.

Our team had a great stay at Juan’s place. It was confortable and in a great location for us. We love the culture of Piñones and Loiza. Juan is a great responsive host looking forward to returning!!!

The place was as advertised! We loved the location: driving distance from San Juan and El Yucatán. The private beach was awesome (which you can see out the window). While parts of the complex need some touch ups, our girls loved the pool (and really enjoyed the slide on the weekend). This is a great spot for the price!

We had a great time !!! We utilized the pools and beach access, as well as enjoyed some local food places in the area . Host was awesome . Great communication and all together I’d say I’d book that same spot any chance I get

Aquatika was the perfect place for our family (kiddos, 3 and 6 years old). Our kids loved the pools, playgrounds, beach and it was wonderful that the apartment had a variety of sand/beach toys available for use. Aquatika staff and security were friendly and we felt secure with the processes in place. We did rent a car so we could explore Old San Juan, El Yunque National Forest and enjoy many of the restaurants and kiosks along the coastline - and shop for groceries. We enjoyed that the surrounding community is local, not very "touristy". We would definitely love to visit Cathy's place again and highly recommend!
