The appartement was exactly like the pictures. Kitchen and bathroom renovated, large bedroom with huge walk-in. Brand new appliances, two flats screen tv and washing machine + dryer. The view of the pool and beach is amazing. My kids slept well on the hide bed sofa but I wouldn't recommend it for adult (confort). The entire building is under renovation but didn't bother us. We enjoyed the play game room with ping pong table, pool etc. The grocery store and drugstore was at a walking distance. I recommend and would definitely go back

This ocean villa is wonderful. Steps to the beach, very private, and perfect views of pool and ocean. It’s great for a couple or couple with a child. It has everything we needed in terms of amenities.

I highly recommend Eileen’s place, she is such an amazing host. Always asking if everything is good, Or if you need anything at anytime let her know. She is more than willing to make your stay as comfortable as possible. 🥰 Also Gabriela ( her daughter) is such a helpful person. it was my first time in Puerto Rico and she recommended the best beaches and places to visit. They made me felt like it was my own home. The place is absolutely nice and well equipped and clean. The location is 15min away from all of the restaurants, airport and San Juan viejo!

My family and I stayed here after having a horrible experience with a different airbnb. We were able to book short notice and we were very satisfied with our experience here. It was very clean, we had parking, and it was right on the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful & very clean place , it’s a far walk to the beach, but not too bad with car. The pool within the village is very close. Villa has all the amenities of home. Definitely recommend.

Howard is the best airbnb host I've had the pleasure of booking with. The island lost power twice during our stay and he was more than ready for it. He provided us with battery operated fans and LED lights with extra batteries. He also had a generator running until midnight for our comfort so we had a/c running until then. He constantly checked on us and made sure we were taken care of the entire time we were there. I definitely recommend staying at his place and would book again! Thanks Howard, you're the best!

If you've decided to stay in Old San Juan (pro: history and atmosphere; con: traffic, not close to the beach), you will not do better than this place. The high ceilings and huge windows facing the street had all the ambiance you could imagine. We easily walked to all the historic sites. As others have mentioned, we enjoyed sitting on the couch and people-watching through the open windows. Perhaps because it was a holiday week, the noise from passerbys on their way to bars in the evening was considerable, although once we closed the big windows it was never a problem sleeping. The host met us at the door for an orientation to the apartment (a few quirky features) and the neighborhood. It felt like a bit of a splurge for us, but totally worth it!

Lulu was amazing, very responsive and always willing to help. The place itself was perfect, it was walking distance to the beach.

Came for NYE weekend and was so happy with the room and location. Right around the corner from the beach, and we could see fireworks from the balcony (extra perk). Will be coming back again soon!

Definitely recommend booking w/ Chris - we had a great experience and appreciate the prompt communication. We’ve stayed at the Wyndham Grand hotel before but the margaritaville side is MUCH better. The 1 bedroom unit we received was huge and felt fresh and new. The grounds are fabulous and full of pools and lush greenery. This resort is one of our favorite places to stay in Puerto Rico and we can’t wait to return.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Puerto Rico! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Janette was incredibly kind and responsive. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Rico!

The apart view and location is fantastic. It’s walking distance to my favorite restaurant (El Metropol) in the Isla Verde area. Although the previous guests failed to leave the rental car ID hanger that allowed authorization for parking in the unit, Nubia’s team promptly response helped avoid any inconveniences until we got the replacement in the first business day. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it and it will be in my Top-Five places to stay whenever we travel to Puerto Rico.

We had a fantastic stay at Chonte’s place in Puerto Rico! Everything was exactly as described, and Chonte was an outstanding host; friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. The location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk to the beach, and the space itself was clean, comfortable, and very convenient. Having a driver and car waiting for us at the airport was a great touch and made our arrival completely stress-free. All the additional services Chonte arranged were top-notch. Compared to other places we looked at in Puerto Rico, the price was very reasonable and offered great value. I would absolutely recommend Chonte’s place to anyone visiting the area and we’d gladly stay here again!

Great location close to everything in Old San Juan. The place was clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at the HiBird. The pictures were a good representation of our actual room, no surprises whatsoever. They were extremely responsive when we needed something, i.e., trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, more towels. They brought these items to us very quickly. Loved the location...a block from the beach, close to great restaurants, Walgreens, Casinos, and grocery stores. We would definitely stay there again!
