It offers a unique view of the forest and the swimming pool/corridor (heated from mid-May to mid-September) of 15 x 3.5 meters. It is located about 10 minutes by car from the first beach of Lake Geneva, 15 km from Geneva and 30 minutes from the medieval city of Yvoire and 45 minutes from Evian. It can comfortably accommodate a couple with 1 or 2 children.

For leisure, you can go to the small DOUVAINE cinema or a CINE LEMAN type UGC about ten km away on THONON. You will find a Bowling alley with video games and multiple pool tables. In winter, the family resort of HIRMENTAZ is 40 minutes away and AVORIAZ is 1 hour away.

Located in Loisin, France, a car is essential to come to the accommodation, and travel around the region. Note: No TV, heating limited to 21°C (70°F), and trampoline out of service for 2026.
