In 2022 we made a small renovation that has made the house more cozy and modern. It's spacious, bright and perfect for a vacation. It is a house with a garden, 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, and a toilet, as well as a large hall. The house is equipped with everything you need and has a small garden behind it, ideal for children, although it is not enclosed.

Rural hamlet LOVenturo (Lugar O Venturo) now consists of two guest houses – House O Venturo and Cabaña de Jardin (Garden Cabin) separated by the terraces with distance of 25 metres approximately between them – so the guests can enjoy privacy of their own space. There is an option to rent two houses – ask for special offer as well as for a long-term stay.

Estamos en la desembocadura de la ria de O Barqueiro a 1km de de playas de arena blanca y agua turquesa O Barqueiro a 1,5km, O Vicedo a 3km Viveiro a 18 km, Ortigueira a 19 km. Disfruten de la Mariña y ortegal en nuestra casa rehabilitada por nosotros mismos.

This fabulous watermill stood empty and abandoned until it was recently fully restored and converted into a beautiful, comfortable home. Enjoy listening to the quiet rustling of the river while you drift off to sleep. The house sits on over a hectare of land and is extremely private, yet it has the convenience of being only a 2 minute drive to the local restaurant and a 5 minute drive the beaches and to the nearest village where you can find everything you need.
