The one-bedroom unit is located on the ground floor, offering mountain views. Wi-Fi, DirecTV, and Blu-ray are available. There is plenty of uncovered parking. Nearby Ogden city boasts the third-best Main Street in America (historic 25th Street)!

Within walking distance of grocery store, shopping, Utah state, or Logan canyon! Building is older and is not cosmetically perfect but this is a great area! **Condo is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.**
