1 - The apartment is very spacious with more than 40 m2 - 2 rooms with comfortable bed (160-200cm). There are blackout blinds to let you sleep comfortable. 2 - The LOCATION is amazing. We are at the center of everything (restaurants, boutiques, pubs). You can reach quite fast OFF Piotrkowska, EC1, Theatre, Centrum of Science. 3 - It's built in 1914 , the ceilings are very high (3,5 m). The place features lots of ARTWORK mainly desginer lamps, sketches of Łódź and Poster Art of Polish School.

The Piotrkowska Attic Apartment is located in the most beautiful tenement house in Łódź at Piotrkowska 37 Street. The tenement house went through a comprehensive revitalisation in 2019, and all apartments, including ours, are new. Piotrkowska Street is the real heart of Łódź, and our apartment is in the heart of that heart :) It's not easy to find a better spot in Łódź :) The apartment is ideal for short trips and longer stays for 2-3 people. It is functional and fully equipped.

Paulina was the loveliest host. She met us on arrival, helped us upstairs with our too heavy bags, made great recommendations about where to eat and provided us lots of information about Łódź. Her place is just amazing, looks better than the pictures! It is 2 blocks from Piotrkowska Street and everything wonderful there, yet in an interesting area, still under development. Loved Łódź, loved it even more because of Paulina. Thank you 🙏 ❤️🌹

We had a great stay in Łódź! Michał’s check in instructions were easy and the apartment was great! We were going to a concert at Atlas Arena as well and it was walkable, which was super convenient.

Bardzo ładny apartament wyposażony w najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy. Znajduje się blisko ulicy Piotrkowskiej, więc bez problemu można się dostać na nią spacerkiem. Jest też przystanek tramwajowy bezpośrednio pod budynkiem. Miejsce idealne na kilka nocy, żeby zwiedzić Łódź. Właściciel był komunikatywny i szybko odpowiadał na wiadomości. Szczegółowo wyjaśnił także sposób zameldowania, więc nie było żadnych niejasności i problemu z dostaniem się do apartamentu. Jedyna rzecz, do której mogę się przyczepić to informacje umieszczone w ofercie na Airbnb, z których wynika, że w mieszkaniu znajdują się dwa łóżka - to wprowadza w błąd - i słabo spływająca woda pod prysznicem. Niemiej jednak polecam to miejsce.

Wszystko zgodne z opisem, elegancko umeblowane,po drugiej stronie ulicy manufaktura. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy. Bardzo czysto. Osiedle zamknięte z prywatnym parkingiem. Bardzo miło spędziliśmy tam weekend. Napewno wrócimy tam nie raz!
